This house is our vacation home, we have a great time with our 3 children and we would like it to accommodate travelers passing through the Atlantic coast... The house is nicely located, 5 minutes from the beach and the city center. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac, very quiet. All errands can be accomplished on foot or by bike. The 400 m2 garden is enclosed and wooded. There's a parking spot. Ideal for a stay for families or groups of friends.

Ideal for a family of 4/5 people, you can enjoy the bike or pedestrian paths that run along the coast. The accommodation is a 15-minute walk from the center of Brétignolles and has a private parking space. For this summer there is the week of 23rd to 30th August free .

In July and August, rental is only by the week from Saturday to Saturday (sheets and towels not provided). Linens and towels not provided for stays longer than 2 nights. Linens and towels can be provided for a fee: €10 per pair of linens for the stay, €5 towels.
