We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how well-kept and thoughtfully designed the house was. Every detail—from the tasteful decor to the spacious, light-filled rooms—made it feel like a true getaway. But what really set this place apart was the unbeatable access to the beach. It was just a short walk away, making it easy to come and go throughout the day without any hassle. Morning coffee with an ocean breeze? Yes, please. Another major highlight was the host. They were quick, responsive, and genuinely committed to making our stay as comfortable as possible. Any time we had a request or question, they handled it with speed and care. It’s rare to find that level of attentiveness and determination, and it made a huge difference. If you’re looking for a beautiful, beachside home with top-notch hosting, this is it. Absolutely lovely home. We took our own food and didn’t have to leave during entire stay. We absolutely got what we wanted out of our stay: comfort, peace, and plenty of beach and play time. We never needed to contact our host for anything other than asking if we could be allowed to check in a tad earlier.

We loved Gwen’s place. It was absolutely stunning. Exactly what we wanted for our large girls group. Beautiful views, beautiful beaches and very secluded area. If you are looking for a private safe area away from the crowds of Cabo then rancho Leonaro area is perfect. Fernando and his staff are awesome and took great care of our group in our girls trip. We hope to come back soon!

The casita was the perfect simple, peaceful base camp for all our Bahia de Kino adventures. We even had a friendly neighborhood tour guide (a sweet dog) who often accompanied us on our walks down to the beach. Veda was a very responsive host and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Nice clean home with everything I needed. It was well maintained and enjoyed my stay. It was close to a few restaurants within walking distance and a short drive to other good restaurants. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

If you are looking for a unique stay in the country, where you will be able to get in touch with nature, see more stars at night than you ever thought existed, and truly feel that you are part of the rich Baja vaquero culture, don't hesitate to book your adventure at Rancho Lorenzo. While it feels like it's worlds away in both eras and miles, it's actually just a bike ride from some great beach bars at Tecolote and is the closest vacation rental to one of the top 10 beaches in the world, Balandra. I highly recommend taking advantage of the meals that can be prepared for you, the food was delicious and the hospitality was top notch. It feels like a dude ranch from a bygone era, with modern touches and the friendliest staff. Plus you can be in the hustle and bustle of downtown La Paz in about 15-20 minutes driving, it's not far. Rancho Lorenzo truly is the perfect getaway for families, a women's retreat, reunion, or, in my case, a solo trip that was incredibly healing. Gracias RL team ❤

Very attentive to respond, the house is very nice, it was very clean, close to the pool. The only detail was that they take time to deliver bracelets that in the end I did not understand the objective of the control, however, they took care of me and resolved very well so that I could enter and enjoy the house without making lines.

Our entire stay was amazing here! We used the massage therapist and also their chef to make our trip even more relaxing. Was a little disappointed the jacuzzi never worked for us, but hopefully they can get that fixed soon. I’d definitely go back! All of the staff here (there’s someone available 24 hours) we’re amazing and respectful, made it much more enjoyable

Amazing location on the Colorado river, definitely a hidden gem in Baja California. We had a great stay with our family in the cabin. Very comfortable and clean. AC's work great and it has all the basic amenities you need. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises. My husband and I stayed in the room that has the window looking out on the river, waking up in the morning to the sunrise was breath taking. Coffee in the morning on the front patio watching the river and nature at it's best, was wonderful. Would have loved to have spent more time there. We were fortunate to experience so much beauty that Baja California offers in that area, from cruising down the river to get tacos to off-roading to the hot springs through all different kinds of terrain. We will definitely be back. If you are looking to play on the water, hike, hunt, off-road or just relax, this is a great place to stay. Justin is a gracious host and we appreciate him sharing his home with us.

We had to book a place to stay very last minute and even with the remoteness of this locale Everardo was very easy to connect with and we had no issues at all upon arriving in La Bocana. The house is quaint and is solar powered which is very cool to see in a place like BCS. The technology was well installed and it was very sufficient as the water pressure was good, the water was hot and everything ran smooth. I could tell if any issue came up, the host would be there to help within a short amount of time. The area is very quiet, peaceful and remote. It is also very rugged and wild and if you’ve never stayed in a remote location, this is a great place to start and experience Baja. Fishing, 4x4, wind and water sports Mecca.

My friends and I had an awesome trip to the Rio Hardy. We stayed at the Baja Oasis hosted by Justin and we couldn’t have asked for a better place! It is right on the river with beautiful views of the mountains. This house has a huge living room with a pool table and kitchen. The kitchen is massive and well stocked with everything you need to cook with. Two stoves, two sinks, plenty of space. What’s even better is that when we didn’t want to cook, it’s close to a really good restaurant and bar. So when we wanted to grab a bite to eat or drink, we could walk/ride to it, no problem. The house was very comfortable and clean, Justin made sure it had what we needed and was able to answer our questions before and during the stay. Very helpful! There is so much more here that you wouldn’t expect. It has its own dock on the water with paddle boards and kayaks that we were able to use. If we wanted to go water skiing or wakeboarding, all we had to do was ask Justin! When you book, make sure to find out from him what else he offers, had we known, it would have made the trip even better! I would highly recommend visiting this unexpected oasis on the river. You won’t be disappointed!

The place is perfectly located and easy to find. The hosts, especially Jiselle, were very friendly and always aware.
