The host provided clear instructions. The beds were comfortable and all amenities were present and in good working order. Much better tuan a hotel and much more reasonably priced. Exceeded our expectations.

The school house was a fine place to stay! It was comfortable and cozy. It was just what we needed for our stay with our little dogs. We had no problems at all. We would stay again.

I booked this place last minute for a trip to explore the area. Brian confirmed it fairly quickly and gave greatly detailed check in instructions + a hand drawn map to help. The place was clean and nicely put together. At one point, I accidentally locked myself out and Brian quickly returned my call when I left a voicemail. He was extremely friendly and prepared for that exact situation. Previous reviews mention issues that he has 100% taken care of. It is obvious that Brian takes these sort of things into account and implements measures to fix them - something only a remarkable host would do!
