This is a beautiful apartment! It is clean, comfortable, well appointed and incredibly enjoyable. Sandra is helpful and responsive. The stunning view of the sea is out of every window. You see the sunrise from the shower and the sunset from the primary bedroom. The huge terrace is perfect for meals and relaxing. The kitchen is very functional. There is a washer/dryer combo. The building is in a gated complex so very safe. The neighborhood is a short tram ride from the center of the city and old Nice and a 15 minute walk from the seaside Prom des Anglais. Happily recommend.

This apartment was, by far, the most incredible Airbnb rental we have ever rented. We are seasoned travelers, and the serenity and views from this flat, though in a bustling area, were more breathtaking and peaceful than we ever imagined. Our goal is always to find the best view and this did not disappoint —you will not want to leave (even for dinner)! This is the premier location in Nice to be near the old town area, but also closest to the sea. Having three balconies allows you to bring the outside in, but you are high enough from the street that the traffic never posed an issue; I napped in the living room in the afternoon sun while being lulled by the sound of the waves below. It’s a memory I will always cherish. The bedroom is on the other side of the apartment, making for a very peaceful sleep. This apartment is top of the line in finishes and amenities—the kitchen was fully stocked (but who wants to cook on vacation?). Leo and Romain were always responsive! Book this flat!

It is located near to the Fabron station and 5 mins to the beach, which is very convenient for travllers to visit city center or nearby towns like Menton or Villefranche de mer. Also the apartment itself is very well decorated and maintained with beautiful view and balcony , definitely a good choice when you visit Nice .😊

Maxime was an excellent host. He met us at the front door and showed us around the apartment. He was very helpful and responsive. The apartment is just what you see in the pictures. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony for breakfast and dinner. I highly recommend at stay at this wonderful apartment with beautiful view of the Azur Mediterranean.

Apartment very well located 3 min walk from the Promenade des Anglais. Very bright and very clean accommodation. I highly recommend it.

Perfect spot for exploring Nice and the surrounding area. The location is super convenient for trams, trains, and getting anywhere easily. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the host made everything simple and communicate proactively and allays on time .

Jario and Stephan were excellent hosts and were very helpful. They gave great instructions on how to get to the flat and were very welcoming when we arrived. Stephan was very kind and allowed us to check in earlier than the advertised check in time. The flat is ideally located very close to a tram stop which makes all of Nice very accessible. It is also a very short walk from the sea with a lovely view from the balcony. Would have no hesitation recommending the property or the hosts they were a pleasure to deal with.Will definitely be making a return visit.

The host welcomed us personally and drove us to the apartment which made check in very easy. The location was perfect for us — not in the middle of Nice but a walkable distance from everything! Beach and shops are a 10 minute walk. The tram was also 7 minutes from the place, which made travel from the airport easy. Vieux Nice was about 1.5 miles away, but if you don’t mind walking the Promenade or taking the tram, this place could be a great fit.

Triet is a very kind person, and greeting us at the place when we arrived. He provide very detail instruction of the place and nearby in the city, which is very helpful. The place is very clean and convenient and have all the amenity we need. It is also very comfortable and quiet. The location is easy to access and steps away from the tram station, which can take you to downtown, train station and airport. The beach is just minutes away and you can walk all the way along the beach to city centre in a pleasant day. It is also not far from the airport, which takes about 10-15 min by tram. In overall, the host is great and the place is fantastic and highly recommended to anyone who like to visit Nice or nearby like Monaco or Cannes

Fantastic apartment for 2 people. Well equipped, it has everything you could possibly need. Decor is nice and the bed is comfortable. Very central, but quiet when the doors are closed. Pebble beach is just across the road and supermarkets and shops are all within walking distance. The tram to Nice Centre Ville, Port of Nice and the airport is just outside the back door. Don Roberto across the street at the back does excellent pizzas and amazing burgers either to take away or sit outside. We had a great time!

Very beautiful view and relaxing mornings and evenings. Laure is really nice and easily approachable. We didnt had any trouble whatever we need was there already in the room. It was our baby’s first bday so we had a good celebration also in her balcony as a family of 3. Overall we will highly recommend this place.

Lovely flat, exactly as described and beautifully maintained. Ultra comfortable bed and beautiful extra touches to make the stay feel special. Well-equipped supermarket a few doors down, as is the tram stop which takes you right into the centre in 2 stops. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was great, the only detail was the lack of a curtain in one of the windows.

A real little haven of peace: bright apartment, tastefully decorated, and perfectly located a stone's throw from the beach. The terrace and spa are a real plus. Nearby parking and shops. Calm, comfort and impeccable welcome. We recommend it without hesitating!

Raymond and Anne share with guests their beautiful home, but they are exceptionally warm, interesting, and charming people to meet. It was an excellent combination for a magical and memorable vacation to Monaco. I would not go back unless we can stay with them again! Besides the amazing views, refreshing pool and clean jacuzzi, there were even fireworks several of the nights over the bay! Our hosts generously left wine, snacks, and coffee in the unit, as well as a fully stocked bathroom. More than anything, we really loved spending time with them. Highly recommend this AirBnB!

Very nice location, the house is quiet and beautiful, suitable for a holiday to slowly enjoy the surrounding beauty, the interior is fully equipped, clean, everything is just right, the owner replied in time, and recommended the use of various facilities around.The most surprising thing is that there are many delicious and scenic restaurants in the nearby ancient city. There are new expectations every day😚. It is highly recommended for self-driving travelers.

Nice clean apartment with fancy details loved the heated seat fancy lights and big televisions. Owner was friendly and came to meet us upon arrival to show us around which was very helpful. Location is on the beach which is very nice , situated outside of main bars centre so a bus would be better or can walk 30 minutes but buses run frequently which is good. Hot tub was nice but my preference needed to be hotter but some people may want cooler on a hot day. Great stay , owner very friendly and quick to reply to any questions which is great! Thank you for a great stay.

Lovely apartment that is 10 minute stroll from restaurants and bars on the harbour front. Very clean, tidy and well decorated. The outside space and retractable doors provide amazing outside / inside space. Miguel was easily contactable, providing clear directions and met us at the property for checkin. Aldi supermarket 1 minute walk has all immediate needs. Parking is free on street however not always guaranteed immediately outside. Would highly recommend
