Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in La Presa

Prime location, great amenities, place looks exactly like the photos, very very clean.. I have no qualms! Anna is very prompt with her instructions and responds quickly if needed. She goes above and beyond to satisfy and cater to her guests. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need for a short term stay-- all complimentary, as well. The check in and check out process was extremely easy and smooth. My only complaint (which is a personal preference and why I won't dock anything from her rating but figured it would be helpful for those who are light sleepers like me) is that the overhead window that is over the bed does not have any curtains. It makes sleeping soundly for light-sensitive sleepers like me a bit difficult! This was easily fixable by bringing my travel black out curtain. Just a friendly heads up for those alike. I will be on the lookout for her listing any time I'm back in SD!

This was our second time staying at Christopher's Airbnb! We love the University Heights neighborhood and this rental is in the perfect location - walkable to lots of coffee shops and restaurants! Although we did not have any issues, the renters were very responsive in communication. Will continue using this rental for future San Diego visits!

Staying at wade’s was amazing. I felt comfortable in the neighborhood and in the retreat as well! Quiet and peaceful, bed was so comfortable I slept like a rock. Would highly recommend staying at Wade’s retreats!

Great Place to Stay if you’re looking for something local to DT Tijuana or the Border area for Medical needs. Space was beautiful but didn’t look like the images so that changed our stay a bit based on what we were expecting. The building amenities were great totally worth it. The parking space was perfect, thank you for that. My mind was at peace knowing my Tesla was safe during my stay. Cleaners came at 11am on the Dot so be sure to be checked out on time. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing place, it’s a great place for a couple. Restaurants are at a walking distance. Lauren was really helpful throughout the whole stay with any questions we had. Will definitely book again when we visit in the future.

Perfect base to attend conference, trolley stop just down the road which was only a few stops away from gaslight area and conference center. Bed was really comfortable, and whilst there was occasional street noise I found it quiet at night and slept really well. Rachel has decorated the apartment beautifully and having a kitchen is fabulous. The rooftop terrace is great to chill out and the washing line was really handy to hang out handwashed clothes, if you are lucky you might get a visit from the friendly cats next door. Rachel was really responsive to questions, great restaurants near, and a few small grocery stores.

This place literally felt like paradise. If you didn’t know you were in San Diego, you would feel like you’re in Hawaii! The backyard was so beautiful that we spent the majority of our time out there in the pool, hot tub, and tiki bar! The upstairs patio was fantastic for outdoor eating. The hosts were super communicative with any questions we had prior to and during our visit! We definitely can’t wait to stay again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at Jack and Taylor’s! The space was clean and incredibly comfortable, and the overall ambiance of the home was cozy and relaxing. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to unwind.

Baker's place was very clean. The house felt cozy, and inviting. Everyone in our family enjoyed the house and the views. Baker, eventhough traveling internationally, still responded to my messages as if he were right next door. Baker and the hosts are extremely polite and answered all of our questions. We felt as if we had lived there for years. One can tell that they have placed enormous amount of time and energy in their project. I can truly appreciate their effort! Thank you again for making our family experience memorable!!

We had the BEST time staying here for our work “girls night”. The house was beautiful. Very clean with fun outdoor activities and a movie theater! Would love to come back and stay again!

Great place 15-20 min away from down town San Diego and beaches as well also plenty of places to go shopping also the grill was a plus a well plenty of parking and very comfortable would stay here again

The home is located up on a hill, which gave us stunning views morning and evenin, truly one of the highlights of our stay. The area is quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing, yet still close enough to local spots for convenience. The uphill location added a nice sense of privacy and made the scenery even more beautiful. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Check-in was easy, and the host was friendly and responsive throughout. We’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys scenic views and a tranquil environment!

Enjoyed my stay here! The location was great and close to a lot of stuff. The bathroom and kitchen were very spacious which I enjoyed. Parking was easy and there was always a spot available in the driveway or front of the house. Overall, enjoyed my stay and the space!

The host replied quickly and provided flexible check in. The air bnb sat behind another home which gave us more privacy. If you are using navigation watch for incorrect directions. The area was quiet and calm. We brought our 2 dogs and the neighbors had dogs so there was some barking but they became friends through the fence. The furniture in the house was very comfortable and clean. Plenty of towels, blankets, and sheets. The kitchen was stocked with several spices, utensils and dishes. There is a shopping center close with a frys, aldi, in n out, petsmart, car wash etc was very convenient.

The place is very at ease and very quiet. The carport leaves you a lot of peace of mind and in case the place since you have your privacy. It is very nice and comfortable. You feel at home

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The location was stunning, with ocean views and the soothing sound of the waves—it was the perfect place to relax after a day out. There were several great restaurants within walking distance, and we loved being able to grab snacks from the nearby Oxxo, just a short 5-minute walk away. The host was very accommodating, allowing us an early check-in, which we really appreciated. Security at the front was helpful and friendly—they assigned us a parking space and made it easy to find the building. We did experience a couple of minor issues: the shower wasn’t draining properly, and on the third day, the door wouldn't lock. The host responded quickly to our messages, but unfortunately, no one showed up after we waited about an hour. However, the issue was resolved while we were out, so everything was fine when we returned. Despite those small hiccups, we had a lovely time and would definitely consider staying here again. Loved staying here. 2nd floor has a nice breeze and all amenities needed in a home. Onsite parking provided, AC Unit, and all necessary utensils/equipment for cooking. Tony actually reached out to us an hour after our stay to let us know we left some important documents at his home. Thankfully he was communicative and responsive as we were able to retrieve them quickly and efficiently. We heard the below tenants a few times but nothing out of the ordinary. Would happily stay here again.

It was lovely and clean and perfect for a staycation. Only thing was the TV apps for streaming didn’t work and had to watch regular tv but everything else was fine. Definitely recommend!
