Próximo a supermercados, restaurantes, cafeterías, comercios, tascas... A 10' de la playa y del centro histórico. Desde el balcón, cuando miras abajo tienes una terraza en el piso 11, por lo que no da vértigo y el resto de las ventanas se abren desde la parte alta, por lo que crea seguridad.
