Studio flat, 28m2, located on the 1st floor of a quiet residence, bright, 5 min walk from the market, the moonlight stroll and the Prieuré beach, 10 min from the town centre and the Écluse beach. Free on-street parking. Accessibility : the studio is not wheelchair accessible. However, there is a lift in the building, which requires ten or so steps to be climbed beforehand. Independent access is possible via a secure key box. Wifi Rated 2 stars since 2020.

Possibility of lunch on the quiet terrace. The apartment is close to the Parc du Port Breton and the equestrian center 300 m away and 600 m from the Prieuré beach and shops. Its location allows quick access to the main road to discover the region, while having no parking problems.
