Very welcoming hosts. Ideal and peaceful location. For us the sauna was superfluous but everyone will appreciate its use. An unforgettable week, the greenway offers you a perfect bike getaway. The activity of the "marine train" is recommended. Looking forward to visiting this region again, which is full of beautiful landscapes.

Pricey but well worth it. Having stayed in dozens of AirBnbs and hotels over the years, this was the best place we ever stayed at. Three French doors in the living and dining area look out over a balcony onto a pretty and active square. Tons of restaurants and cafes and grocery shops in the area. Two private bedrooms. Stocked with coffee and a complimentary bottle of sparkling cider. Highly, highly recommended!

We were received in a very friendly manner. The rooms, kitchen, and technical information were shown to us in detail. Etienne also showed us on a small city map what options (food, shopping) there are nearby. The folder with instructions helped us to read a lot of things. The communication was very good and fast. On the day of departure, we were able to stay in the apartment until 11:00 - because our train did not leave Saint Malo for Paris until about 11:40. We enjoyed these 9 days there very much and would love to come back if we travel to Saint Malo again.

We had a great stay at Mikaël's! The house is comfortable, very well equipped and tastefully decorated. It is ideally located, just a few blocks from the beach, in a quiet and very pleasant neighborhood. Everything is easily accessible on foot: shops, restaurants, walks by the sea... Mikael was a very welcoming, responsive and attentive host. We'll be happy to go back!

This is an absolutely gorgeous apartment, very clean and spacious and is extremely well equipped and beautifullly decorated. Clément was fabulous. We couldn't find the apartment and he walked down in roasting sunshine, to meet us! He gave us a tour of the apartment and explained about the area. The wrap around balcony is perfect for views of Dinard and St Malo, it's very tranquil and relaxing.

Excellent weekend spent in Dinard in this very well-appointed studio with its small terrace overlooking a pleasant private garden of the residence that overlooks the beach with its direct access, great! Ideal location for the various walks around Dinard. Very friendly and smiling welcome by Patricia upon our arrival. Afterwards, Christian, the original owner of the city gave us valuable information to improve our stay, in addition, a very nice person. Very nice stay and very nice place.

Very responsive and friendly communication from Caroline who is concerned about our well-being. the comfortable and convenient apartment is very well equipped. it is in a well kept residence. We loved being a 7 minute walk to 2 beautiful little beaches. Very convenient also to visit Saint Malo intra muros, Dinard, Dinan, cancale.... We highly recommend this apartment for its value for money/location!

The accommodation is ideally located a few steps from the sea and its typical Breton beaches. It is ultra functional and tastefully decorated. Laure is very responsive and will kindly advise you on existing activities in the region. I would highly recommend it.

The house is adorable - beautifully renovated with all you need (swimming pool, kitchen equipment, pool table, etc). The location is great, directly at the sea-side with hardly any other people, for which it felt like a private beach. Also a nice walk along the shore to Granville. We would definitely recommend this place!

Very pleasant stay in this small house with friendly moments under the arbor. The pleasure of discovering beautiful sites of the Emerald Coast nearby and indulging in regional specialties.

A great weekend, slightly off season. The apartment is very functional and the small balcony that receives the sun from the beginning of the afternoon is a real plus to enjoy the superb view. We could walk from the apartment to go swimming. Valia was very responsive and accommodating for check-in and checkout. A beautiful discovery of Pleneuf, nice restaurants and shops and very nice walks on both sides, doable without taking the car.

Our stay at Stéphy's was very pleasant. The apartment is very well located (a stone's throw from the sea, restaurants, etc.) well-equipped and cozy. Stéphy is a welcoming host, delighted to share her good addresses. We'll be happy to go back!

We were a little surprised at first by how small this apartment is. It was already strangely cramped. However, we got used to it after a day. After all, we only booked for two nights. The apartment is very clean. The hosts did everything to get as much coziness, style and functionality as possible out of this small room, and they did an excellent job. This apartment is ideal for short trips, with little luggage and even on a spontaneous trip you will find everything you need in everyday life. Even the cotton buds :) And the hospitality of the owners is hard to beat. We thank you for the pleasant stay and remain with best wishes!

Very pleasant stay in Sandrine's apartment, who is a very pleasant person, attentive and very responsive if needed! The accommodation was impeccable, very bright, completely in line with its description and in the immediate vicinity of the sea (Môle beach). We will definitely be back!

Very lovely, clean cottage in a very quiet area. We really felt at home there. Friendly neighbors, nice restaurant L'Escale nearby, highly recommended! A short distance from St. Malo and Dinard. Welcome cookies were thoughtful. I would recommend a stay here to everyone.

Communication about the apartment was excellent and it was easy to make contact with Pascal and Cathy, the concierges, who had lots of local knowledge to share. Pascal was charming and very helpful in every respect. The flat is well described on the website and was very clean and welcoming. The furnishings were comfortable and we had everything we needed for a very luxurious stay. A huge asset of the flat is the location and I spent lots of time watching the sea, boats, ferries and people on the beach. I loved it. It is easy to walk everywhere and that is what we did so I recommend this to anyone arriving by ferry or train. That is what we did and we didn’t need a car at all. St Malo has something for everyone including scores of places to eat. We recommend that you look at reviews on TripAdvisor when choosing a restaurant as we got caught out on one occasion with poor food. All the others we tried were excellent and the cuisine is varied. Altogether a great stay, thanks

Very clean accommodation, 2 large bedrooms, nice small bathroom with everything you need. Very accessible parking, very quiet. Good bedding. We would definitely go back if we were in the area again. Fabien is very responsive.

Wonderful, supportive host and a beautiful, cozy, well-located apartment. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. We felt more than welcome and really enjoyed our (unfortunately too short) stay!

Charming apartment within minutes of St Malo by foot and right on the beach. For those travelling from Guernsey, the boat arrives at 9.30pm and you cannot check in after 7.00pm. As a result, we had to book a hotel on the first night. Not ideal but otherwise a great stay.

Gwenaelle and Philippe's house is very nice and comfortable. It's tastefully decorated. The small, wind-protected inner courtyard invites you to spend hours of pleasant reading. The apartment is quiet and conveniently located. Everything is easily accessible by foot or bus. The magnificent bay of Mont St. Michel invites you to long hikes. We felt very comfortable and highly recommend this apartment. Thank you for everything!
