A few days in La Roche-sur-Yon in this apartment ideally located near the city center is a very nice experience. Parking is nearby, allowing for easy round trips. I recommend this accommodation, Caroline is very responsive as soon as you have questions and has good recommendations when you don't know the area.

I had a great stay at Le Petit Fabre in La Roche-sur-Yon. The apartment is comfortable, very well maintained, bright, sunny and above all very quiet — no noise from other apartments. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, which is very appreciable. A real plus: the parking space available is either just in front or in the backyard. The apartment is just a 10-minute walk from the hospital, which was perfect for me. A big thank you to Karen and Sébastien for their clear and precise information. And a special thank you to Karen for her responsiveness following my carelessness: she responded very quickly with kindness. I highly recommend this listing!
