Détendez-vous dans ce logement unique et tranquille face à la Loire, dans un écrin de verdure . Situé entre Nantes et Angers, sur l'ile Batailleuse dans la petite cité de caractère de Saint Florent le vieil. Endroit propice à proximité pour la pêche, les randonnées, le canoë.. La maison possède 2 chambres ( 2 lits de 160) dont une en mezzanine. Une pièce de vie et cuisine ouverte (four, micro ondes, lave vaisselle, plaques cuisson...). Lit bébé, matelas et chaise haute sont à disposition.

Welcome to the banks of the Loire! We welcome you to a renovated 65 m2 cottage (4/6 people) located in the center of the village of Champtoceaux – Orée d'Anjou, close to all amenities, and 30 km east of Nantes. You will stay in one of the oldest buildings in the village, in a completely renovated place that has retained its character. Pass by the viewpoint on the Loire and in the park opposite the cottage, before setting off to discover this multifaceted region! See you soon.

La Maison Bonheur is located on the classified banks of the Loire where the view is breathtaking. ideally located 5 km from the city of Ancenis, between Angers and Nantes. It has just been completely renovated by an architect and an interior designer who have created a real ultra-equipped cocoon for us. Two magnificent terraces: one on the Loire and the other on the countryside that is lost on the horizon. The local walks are exceptional.

If you want to escape for a night or more, the asset will welcome you to its cozy world. In a cabin atmosphere, you will find all the comforts you need to have a good stay... The hut is equipped; a small kitchen with a gas stove, sink, bin, small fridge a bathroom with toilet and shower (⚠the shower is only a backup 5 to 10 min of hot water) towels and sheets are provided for 4 people. 2 deckchairs The boat is not available for sailing.

With an area of 195 m² that can accommodate up to 10 people, the house has 5 bedrooms (king size bed), 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets, a large fully equipped modern kitchen and 61 m² living-dining room, as well as a superb terrace.
