Casa el Zorzal is a 4* establishment in the middle of the Extremadura countryside. It is an ideal place for family holidays and also for families with children. It is also a great place for ornithologists and nature lovers. The country house dates back to 1860 and is surrounded by holm oaks, olive and fig trees, on a 10,000 m2 estate with privileged views of the Extremadura dehesa. The area is called Sierra de los Lagares, just a few kilometres from Trujillo, Guadalupe and Cáceres.

Our wooden apartments with patio and individual parking, are located on the outskirts of the village in the middle of nature, 5 minutes from the water area. Ideal if you are looking to walk through the nature of our reservation in search of animals and mushrooms. Perfect if you come to fish with your boat as you can park it inside the premises and also charge the battery (4€/per day). Local holidays, national and bridges must be complete and the rental will be for groups 6-8 people.

Country House - "La Margarita"

Beautiful restored cottage, located in the center of the village in the heart of the Valle de Los Pedroches. Well equipped, comfortable and charming. She's much prettier than the photos show. It consists of 2 floors but currently only the ground floor is available, so there is only room for 2 guests. It has a fireplace in the central area of the house and a sunny patio in winter. Very cool in the summer. The municipal pool is next door and is magnificent.

Listed with 5 green stars, the accommodation has 4 double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, air conditioning and musical thread; a 50 m2 living room with TV, stereo, DVD and fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. Possibility of 3 extra beds. Swimming pool (shared if the other houses are occupied), barbecue and wood-burning oven. Capacity for 8-11 people maximum or 33 people between the three accommodations.

In summer the nights are cool and it is the ideal refuge to rest, hike, visit the Cabañeros National Park, Toledo, Puy du Fou or enjoy one of the great swimming pools in the village.
