Located near the confluence of the Creuse, bordering the river (swimming and fishing) and not far from the ruins of Crozant. If you want to escape for a few days or weeks, enjoy a rental in a picturesque setting. In this quiet and friendly place, with family or friends, you can enjoy the many hikes, as well as the charm of the landscapes of Fresselines where water holds a prominent place and which has seduced landscape painters since the end of the 19th century.

the 100 m2 apartment has two bedrooms and can easily accommodate 4 travelers near the city center of La Souterraine. it is located between the town hall and the medical house in a large house from the 1950s. The accommodation is completely separate from the house and guests will be able to enjoy the shared garden as well as a parking space. The recent renovation includes an equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, large screen and bathroom.
