Monthly Rentals in La Tranche-sur-Mer

We had a great week at this place with our two kids. The apartment is ideally located: in the city center, with all the shops nearby, and at the same time right by the sea – a real luxury! The decor is sober, elegant, and you immediately feel very good. Everything was clean, well-equipped, and perfectly in line with the listing. Small detail to note: no designated parking space, but we finally found a solution! Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

We had a great stay, with our 3-month-old son and our dog. The accommodation is really 2 steps from the ocean, and close to the beach shops (shops, bar, restaurant, etc...) which we really liked. Nathalie is very responsive: we thank her for the speed of these responses to the message. Small accommodation, but which has everything you need when you go away for a few days of change of scenery. We recommend 100÷

We had a very good stay (2 couples of friends without children) in this apartment with a direct view of the beach. Clearly the number 1 asset of this accommodation. Clean and functional apartment, close to all shops on foot, very convenient. Good quality bedding. Just lacked the little "Airbnb spirit" side, we only had messaging exchanges with the hosts, quite succinct and no contact otherwise.

La terriere is a quiet suburb of La Tranche. The apartment is only a mile from the long, gorgeos beaches of la terriere and la conche. Its a fairly easy walk or if you have your bicycles, just over 5 minutes to the beaches. The apartment lies on an east/west axis. This means you can enjoy sunrises from the bedroom and sunsets from the very private sun terrace. The apartment is spotlessly clean and has everything you will need for your stay. Line and Phillipe were very warm, inviting hosts. Much to my shame, my french was too poor to get to know them better. The only observation is that due to the steps leading to the apartment, it may not be easy for those with physical impairments. Other than that point, i would strongly recommend Line and Phillipes accommodation
