Village house renovated in 2019 by a renowned architect, ideally located in the village of La Flotte. The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Please note that the price does not include rental for towels/bedsheets/linen and local taxes will apply.

The apartment of the farmhouse "l'Orange du Vignaud"

The farmhouse apartment "L'orange du Vignaud" is a place conducive to disconnection. It is located in the extension of the farmhouse which is one of the oldest in the village; former customs house then post-war ball house, as soon as you arrive in this place, you will be able to feel the peace that is there. You will have access to all food amenities by bike via the Vélodyssée or by car in 5 minutes and you will also discover the diversity of the surrounding heritage.

We offer you our large family house "La Villa Blanche" located in the seaside city "La Tremblade/Ronce-les-Bains". You will enjoy the swimming pool (8x4m from June to September), a 2,000m² lot and the seaside. You can walk or cycle along the bike path that runs along the edge of the property towards the 20 km of beaches on the coast and Ronce and the Coubre forest. The port and daily market all year round are 700 m away.
