One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

With a view of the Alps, the studio apartment Biohof Ruances in San Cassiano is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The 30 m² property consists of a living/sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Our apartments are spacious, in wooden furniture and with all comfort equipped, so you may spend your vacation cozily and relaxed. In each apartment you find a dish washer, tv-sat in the living room and in the bedroom, internet access, bathroom with shower and/or tub. Bedlinen, kitchen laundry and towels are provided at your arrival.
