In 2021, we created a guest apartment on our former hayloft. Here you have peace and nature! The bright apartment is 60 square meters, has a kitchen, a shower room, a bedroom (double bed 180 x 200 cm), a living and dining room with a fireplace. In the entrance hall is the wardrobe and space for hiking boots. A crib/extra bed is available. This includes an outdoor seating area with an umbrella. Parking space for bicycles available NEW: There is a 2nd barrier-free vacation home "barn"

The well-equipped fitted kitchen was included in the open concept. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and bamboo parquet and also has a fireplace The view through the floor-to-ceiling windows falls on the quiet residential street or the green roof. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a quarter-circle shower.

Our apartment "Rottenblick" is located directly on the edge of the field in Bierbergen, centrally between Hanover, Hildesheim and Braunschweig. A highlight is the fireplace, which can be enjoyed with a view of the vastness. The terrace invites you to barbecue in fine weather, the sun rises directly in front of the window. Walks or bike rides in the fields and corridors can be taken directly from the terrace. Ideal for relaxing after a hard day's work or just for relaxing.

This beautiful two-story loft is on the 3rd floor of an old building and was extensively renovated a few years ago. It is located in the middle of Hanover. The royal manor gardens are only a few meters away and offer pure nature around the corner. The two trendy districts of Linden and Nordstadt are in the immediate vicinity. Shopping and restaurants are in and around Bockenem. The Harz and the Weserbergland invite you to hike and cycle. Motorcyclists will also get their money's worth here. We ourselves ride motorcycles and are happy to assist you with tour questions.
