Xuyen is a kind, helpful, generous and caring host. The place is immaculately clean and the Wi-Fi very strong. Due to the death of my father-in-law, I had to make several last-minute changes to the precise dates of my stay and Xuyen was extremely accommodating around this. Thank you so much.

Typical German home with very nice garden (espessialy for small children) and great rustic decoration at a small village close to Messe, very quite suburb area, fully equipped kitchen with everything you may need, all in all a great place to stay for long or even a small stay like ours, clean spacy rooms and attic, big bathroom, great host in comunication we would all stay there again, highly recommended.

We had a very nice time in Hameln. The accommodation close to the waterfront , very quiet and a beautiful view of the Weser from the balcony. The apartment was equipped as described. Everything's great. The old town is also easily accessible on foot. We were very satisfied and can only recommend the accommodation. Thank you to the host.

Super friendly and accommodating hosts, whom I can recommend at any time. The house is very quiet and perfectly located directly on the Hanover Stadtwald in a cul-de-sac without through traffic and with parking right around the corner. I'm sure we'll see you again !

great reception and all support necessary. also for a stay at the exhibition the best option so far in more then 10 shows I have done in Hannover. easy access and worth if you stay with a group of people. recommend for sure!

I was greeted in a friendly manner and shown to the room. Also received water and some fruit (apple, banana, kiwi). In general, the area is very quiet and you have direct connection to the S8, which goes to the trade fair as well as to the main train station. I felt very comfortable and everything was very clean :) I'd love to come back!

Beautiful room with shared large bathroom in a terraced house in a quiet location. Forests and meadows are just a stone's throw away. I felt very comfortable, also because I was warmly welcomed by Udo and was also well informed in advance. Thank you so much for this hospitality!

The accommodation was as described in the photos – everything very clean and new. The kitchen was functional, but unfortunately had no free drawers for purchases brought along. The bathrooms are bright, with a shower and a bathtub. In the shower, I missed a shelf for soap, and the hand basin was quite small. As others have already reported, the volume of the main street is clearly audible in the bedrooms during the day, but this almost completely disappears at night. I would like to explicitly emphasize once again that the above points are complaints at the highest level – we felt very at home, and the host took care of problems within a very short time. Thank you again! From the house, the nearest hiking trails can be reached directly or by a short drive. We were able to reach some of the Harz stamp sites quickly and easily. We would come back - price/performance is simply great.

The comunication was good, the house was clean and tidy. There was a parking spot so we did not have to look for place to park each night. The Wi-Fi was with fast connection. The only negative thing was that we could not use the washing machine.
