The apartment is located in the quiet village center of Flims, surrounded by a large, natural garden with a fireplace. The studio consists of an entrance area, a small kitchen, a spacious living room and bedroom as well as a bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment is located in an old house, so the kitchen and bathroom are not very modern. Shopping, pump track, mountain railways, restaurants and public transport are within 5 minutes' reach. Perfect for small families, couples or friends!

Welcome to our cozy 2.5-room apartment in Laax-Murschetg, right by the cable car – perfect for winter and summer holidays. The apartment has two balconies, a well equipped kitchen with coffee machine, microwave, Wi-Fi, TV, as well as elevator and underground parking. Washing machine and dryer are available in the house. A grocery store is located in the same building. Right in front of the house is the Rocksresort PARK - a play and leisure paradise for young and old.
