Holiday rentals with a patio in Lac du Bourget

Great welcome with very pleasant surprises in the fridge. Coffee was also planned for the next day and beyond. The accommodation was perfectly clean and really located 2 minutes from the lake. You don't feel cramped, there's everything you need. I must note the calm around the studio, no car noise or other. Before we arrived, we received a lot of great recommendations. Super responsive host and tries to answer your questions by providing real help. The studio is easy to access (even without a car) and there is a convenience store, a bakery, a pizzeria, a wine bar, a pharmacy and small restaurants nearby. Veyrier is a very beautiful place. I can only recommend this address and I will come back without hesitation!

Great stay, all on foot! We park the car in the garage of the accommodation or we arrive by train (apartment next to the train station!) then we do everything on foot: city tour or a movie or terrace in the sun or bar. A great weekend. The apartment is clean and Sébastien is welcoming and pleasant. I would recommend it!

A beautiful two bedroom apartment in a historical Villa surrounded by a French style garden which we absolutely loved! We were welcomed by Damien and felt right at home in the flat. We loved big windows, lots of light, and attention to detail that Damien demonstrated by decorating a Christmas tree for us and preparing a welcome gift - some candies. The bathroom in the main bedroom is spacious and beautifully designed. We especially loved the combination of traditional elements and modernity, such as electric stove that looked like a traditional 19th century one. A fireplace is another great feature. It makes you feel like being in a French chateau. All in all, a great stay in a great place with kind and welcoming host. We can highly recommend the flat and Damien!

we stayed 3 weeks at the appartment and had a fantastic time. It was perfect for us, having 3 bedrooms including one with a desk with good wifi (for a bit of working). Life was easy with free easy parking, and a place for bikes in the basement. The appartment was very homey and convenient. The beds were good, the view on the balcony was peaceful. Lots of storage in built-in cupboards. The location was perfect: 15 min walk to the lake beach, 10 min bike to the old town via the lake, near the mountains, and right in front are all the shops for food (meat, fish, cheese, vegetables, bread, pharmacy), plus a market once a week ! The host was very friendly and very responsive. The only thing to note is that the walls between the 3 bedrooms are quite thin and we could hear through. (but the living room is well separated) Would totally do it again and will recommend to others.

We had a wonderful stay in Annecy and at Mark's place. Valerie was really accommodating with our check-in and check-out and was super friendly and helpful with advice and recommendations for our stay. The apartment is bright, spacious and really comfortable. It's a little out of town but easily within walking distance of the old town. I would definitely recommend it for a stay in Annecy and I hope to return at some point in the future 🙂

We had a very good stay at Cristina and Alain's, very welcoming hosts. The place was spotless, very clean. Everything is designed for travelers, it's appreciable. If I come back to the area, I will definitely stay here again :)

Smooth communication before arrival. Very warm welcome. House all at once rustic, renovated and tastefully decorated. Ideal house for everyone to enjoy privacy while gathering around a large table or outside. Well-equipped kitchens. Dishes suitable for a large group. Very pleasant, spacious exterior. Numerous surrounding activities.

We had a great weekend with friends for a bachelorette party in Annecy! The accommodation is very well located and perfectly suitable for a group of 8 people: spacious, clean, well-equipped and very pleasant to live in. It went very well from start to finish. We had a very nice stay at Nino's. The garden is inviting and large, sunny, with enough shade, so that our dog always had a nice place to rest. Our child also had a lot of fun, especially with the great children's books. The apartment is very well maintained and clean. Nino was always easily accessible and very friendly as a host. We were very nicely received, so we felt comfortable right away. All in all, everything was great, thank you very much!

good stay, nice apartment, private parking, everything went well, just a small downside: access to the shower is not easy to occupy for all people (disabled, speakers , or having a few rounds.).

Fabulous place , friendly host ,within walking distance of the best boulangerie in the area ,the beach ,the lake and the local restaurants , on a voie verte , with parking , super garden for outdoor eating , lovely accommodation . Hope to go there again if we need accommodation in the area
