Columbus where the beaches are located. But those who love tranquility can go down to the rocks below the house and to the sea directly from our private descent.

Ischia Ponte - 5 minutes on foot from the sea, from the historic center of Ischia Ponte, where there is the Aragonese Castle, our family home is located. Immersed in a garden of lemons, oranges, and Mediterranean plants, the house has: kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 3 rooms, to accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people. Outside, in reserved spaces, a break will be pleasant, to enjoy, from breakfast to dinner, the experience of living in an Ischian house in the center. A parking area is available.

My House is in centre, but in a quiet street, in few minutes you are in square, on the beach, on the port and on bus stop. The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Crossed the road,you can get a ferry-boat or hydrofoil to visit the isles of Capri and Procida that are not very far from Ischia or,if you want,you can organize a visit to Pompei (the famous archeologic place). 3 bedrooms with air conditioning

The lawyer's suite is an elegant and quiet room located in a prestigious Neapolitan historic building just steps from the sea and the characteristic marina of Mergellina. Renowned restaurants, pizzerias, pastry shops, and bars are in the immediate vicinity. The suite is located in the center of Naples and in a strategic location for public transport services. Taxi station, Mergellina funicular and bus stop 1 minute walking! Metro Line 2 is a 10-minute walk away.

Nestor's House

"CASA DI NESTORE", is a studio of 27 m² on the ground floor, equipped with all comforts, the furniture is functional, comfortable and nice, the kitchenette, fully equipped, replaces the breakfast service and allows autonomous preparation of any meal; the bathroom has a shower and washing machine. The floor tiles and the kitchen splash guards have been hand painted by the owner. There is free parking for motorbikes, while for cars there is parking at 200 mt.;
