Casey is an amazingly good business man! He was extremely communicative, professional, friendly, empathetic and responsive. Literally the ideal host. The location is wildly perfect for a recharging getaway that’s near strip malls. The home is very close to Ventura Rd. and near freeways so relatively quickly to get to destinations. Inside the home, the view over the city is spectacular. The place was roomy and relaxing. There is great space for entertaining and hanging with family. Casey made the stay nice. Would certainly recommend it for anyone considering a stay in LA.

Booked this spot literally last minute and was prepared within Couple hours. The place was very nice and clean and private! It served us well!

Our stay was amazing! The host were very accommodating and friendly! Everything was as described and the home was beautiful had so many essentials which made our stay comfortable! Home is super cozy we can’t wait to stay again soon!

This is a perfect place for a family of 4 , friends groups 2-4 and a couple if you don’t have an option for a smaller place! Place was nice , the patio area wasn’t at the place where I stayed or I at least didn’t see it so don’t get you hopes up about that area! Free and private parking ,easy &understandable check in and out! Quite neighborhood, Responses quick &well! Definitely will be back to stay here in the summer with my family!

Beautiful place to stay if you're looking to get away and still be within 20 minutes of the city. Loved the location and the local eateries.

We had a lovely week- long stay at this adorable bungalow in Culver City in the Carlson Park neighborhood! The house was in a great spot on a beautiful tree-lined, quiet street. Everything was as described, and it was very clean. All the essentials were provided and the kitchen was well stocked (and had kid friendly bowls and cups). There were two desks, so it was easy to work remotely. There were several spots (restaurants and coffee shops) within a 10 minute walk and downtown Culver was closer to a 20 minute walk but still a very pleasant walk. Communication was very proactive and prompt. We would definitely come back to stay!

Our stay was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better home or location. It was 5-7 minutes from SoFi Stadium. The place was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. We felt safe the entire time. Ihab communicated with us and gave us detailed instructions. I would definitely recommend!!

My family (including a 3yo and infant) and I had an excellent stay at Mylbra’s. The property was beautiful, serene and comfortable. We had everything we needed and at a central location for a long weekend. Mylbra was also so kind to my daughter who was fascinated by her beautiful garden.

The neighborhood is very cute, peaceful, and centrally located. We walked to a concert at the Hollywood Bowl and it was so much easier than dealing with the crazy parking and traffic at the venue. Enjoyed sitting next to the pool with coffee in the morning looking at the lovely garden and hummingbirds. It’s a great spot and would recommend for anyone visiting the area.

Deborah was an amazing host to deal with, very clear and accommodating. The house itself was a wonderful place in a great location so no complaints whatsoever. I’d highly recommend Deborah as a host and we will be making sure to see what she has on offer in the future when we return for sure. Ash Vincent

We had a great stay at this house! Our three favorite parts - the awesome views (even better in person), the beautiful pool/hot tub (which was always very clean), and getting to love on Bella (their super sweet dog). Stephen communicates very well. They gave us all the privacy we needed. The house was a perfect size for our family (brought our two kids) and the extra long patio was great. A few areas in the house could use updates (example: the shower knobs are difficult to turn) but it was all clean, which I strongly appreciate. The views, pool, and Bella made our trip amazing for sure! Thank you Stephen and Pim.

Place is as described and photos. The view at night is amazing!! Holly was very responsive and helpful. I loved the decor and the simplicity of the space. Building is very safe and secure despite being downtown. I would definitely stay here again!

Ari’s place is fantastic. I sat out in the patio every morning listening to birds and having coffee. Nice quiet cul de sac. House was exactly as photos represented. Amenities and kitchen and bathrooms were resort level. Great place and I’ll be back! Thanks Ari.

Dennis’s place was perfect for our trip - in a good area of town and multiple restaurants in a walkable distance. There’s a “park” at the corner of the street and if you walk through it, you end up on sunset blvd with plenty of things to do. There’s hotel itself was comfy and clean, with friendly neighbors who made us feel safe and even offered us food/bar recommendations. Loved our time here and would definitely stay again! 😊

Marten was an amazing host from the time we got there, he was very accommodating. Very friendly neighborhood everything was walkable and very close. Culver City is a beautiful city! Marten was very helpful even going out of his way to show us popular spots around. Would definitely go back again. Very lovely RV with more than enough space for 2.

In the perfect location right by the highway for easy travel. Looked like the pictures and the host was super responsive.

The home was a perfect getaway with the open floor plan, views, & the back yard. The hosts were very responsive & answered any questions I had right away. The neighborhood was very quiet & the driveway that led right up to the front door was perfect for private easy access in and out. I enjoyed my stay here & would definitely recommend it.

Older multi-family house with all the comforts of home. The apartment was on the ground floor so we could hear footsteps but it was generally quiet including the neighborhood. The bathroom mirror is not over the sink as one might expect.

We are super happy with our stay. Sara is a very communicative, polite, and helpful person. The apartment has everything a good Airbnb should have, and even more :) Beautiful street for walks, very close to Whole Foods Market. Nearby, I recommend a very good restaurant, "Little Fatty". If you are in the mood for Asian cuisine with a slight modern twist, I recommend it. One thing I know for sure is where I will be sleeping on my next visit to LA 😉 Thanks Sara!

Very clean and cozy. We felt at home the entire time. Very close to everything and also a quiet neighborhood. Will definitely be booking again.

Renee and her husband were very kind and helpful whenever we needed something. The place needed some extra cleaning by the time we checked in, it wasn’t a problem for us to leave and come back but it wasn’t ready on time. However their kindness and thorough service made up for it. The neighborhood felt safe even at night which was important to me. They have a nice yard and a lockable gate. Might not be the best location if you are elder because the stairs lead up to the bedroom which is a bit small. It worked well for me and I would stay there again. Thank you Renee!

Recently had a great stay at James's guesthouse / ADU. In what felt like a throwback to the original concept of Airbnb, he lives in the house out front and was consistently available for any of our needs. While we had a packed schedule (and so this is conjecture), I got the impression that if you invited him to hang out in the lushly-landscaped garden over a beer he'd be delighted to take you up on it. Unit is the size of a studio apartment, well-furnished with kitchenette, A/C unit, plenty of electrical outlets. You have access to the backyard, which has privacy and outdoor furniture options. We were able to consistently find street parking on the same block (except once, during street-sweeping, when we had to park a block away). There are a couple restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, as well as an E Line metrolink stop, but it's also close to the 10 freeway and so convenient for drives to downtown LA, K-town, mid-city, etc.
