Perfect villa for the family with children in Sæby. 850 m to delicious beach. 200 m to Nellemann's garden and the forest. The house contains a utility room with a washing machine. Nice new open kitchen with kitchen island. Cozy living room and dining table for 6-10 people. From the kitchen there is access to the cozy covered terrace with barbecue, there is a dining area on the terrace for 6 people and in addition there is a fireplace and 2 sun loungers. Enclosed garden with trampoline. There are 2 bedrooms. In the house there is lego etc. a very child-friendly accommodation😊

Large and exclusive villa of 270 sqm. The villa is located 200 meters from the beach and has sea views. There are terraces and balconies so there is a possibility of sun morning and evening. There is an outdoor shelter, fire pit, barbecue, children's area and outdoor hot tub with a constant temperature of at least 35 degrees. The villa is completely renovated in 2020 and consists of the best materials. There are for the villa bla. 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets with bla. The villa is also close to the city center and harbor. Car can be rented.

Welcome to our rich and charming holiday home in Denmark with short distance to all city amenities. 500 meters to the newly renovated Sæby swimming pool. Sæby Torv, the beach and the harbour are in short walking distance. Across the road you will find Söja's best bakeries. Great patio with barbecue and lawn, play and ball games. Lots of bikes available. Electricity and heating, TV and internet included. Parking on the property's property with room for two cars. Ideal for families with young children. Clean up after agreement.

Wonderful villa - room for socializing both inside and out

Relax with the whole family in this serene home. The space is bright and welcoming. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood that invites you to relax and enjoy. With just 500 meters to the beach, it's also ideal for a morning dip before enjoying your morning coffee on one of the house's many terraces. Both Sæby city center and the city's charming harbor are only 2 km from the accommodation. Around the house there are many open spaces for children to romp on and within 300 meters there are several nice playgrounds.

Large functional villa close to Palmestranden in Frederikshavn. Large bedroom with a double bed. Children's room with single bed. Children's room with single bed and extra Mattress. Basement room with inflatable mattress. Lots of opportunities for extra beds. Large kitchen, with access to enclosed garden. Dining room sleeps 10 guests. Bed linen and towels can be rented (75, - Per person) The house is expected to be cleaned and in a condition together as at the reception. Annex in the Backyard that is not accessible.
