House holiday rentals in Laganosa

A beautiful house with great pool and a very nice view of the mountain and sea. The kitchen is super equipped. Using the coordinates and Googlemaps provided by Monica, we easily found the house. We arrived at night and the ride by car to the residential complex where the house is located was a bit adventurous as it rained the days before and also on our arrival and the surroundings were very dark. But everything worked out Communication with Monica was flawless and she was very helpful. Supermarket and restaurants are easily accessible by car within about 15 minutes. We enjoyed it, despite some bad luck with the weather. But after 3 days of rain, the weather became nicer and we were able to explore Calabria. We would come back.

Everything is in place for an excellent stay with family or friends: -The villa is very spacious, comfortable, clean and well-equipped. - The garden is beautiful and very well maintained. - The private pool, the jacuzzi, the panoramic view of the mountainous countryside and the medieval castle of Squillace offer a cozy and relaxing setting. -The coast and the beaches around are very beautiful, the typical restaurants. And Martina and Thomas, with their advice and kindness, will pay special attention to make this moment special for you.

The property is an agriturismo on a high quality olive farm. We really enjoyed the tour that Anita gave us and we learned a lot about the production of good olive oil. The house is a simple, nicely done property with a lovely pool. The nearby Ionia coast is lovely. We were doing a long cycle trip - it’s preferable to have a car for this location as you’ll need to shop and there’s nothing nearby.

This was an exceptional stay in Calabria for me and my family. The villa is exactly as it seems. It is likely the nicest AirBNB that one will ever find in Calabria. The staff is exceptionally helpful. Rino & Caterina were available 24/7 to help us, we had daily cleaning service, and Gianni was our driver at a moment's notice anywhere we wanted to go, from Soverato to Tropea. We had a birthday party for 50 of our extended cousins and it worked out perfectly. The extra costs we paid (use of the van, daily cleaning, driving, and pool heating) were extremely fair and reasonable. Biggest tips -- have the pool heated even in June, and have the ladies come for daily cleaning - truly made it feel like a 5 star resort. Davide deserves tremendous credit for building such a special place in such a beautiful place in Calabria.

The perfect location to be close to Tropea but also have privacy and peace. Luisa was very kind and was always available to answer our questions. The appartment was very clean and had everything we needed, the parking space was also very appreciated. Highly recommend staying here if you want to be in a peaceful space while also being close to the beaches.

Antonio and his family are great hosts. The house is beautiful and the facilities are great. Whenever we contacted Antonio he responded within 10 minutes and he was very helpful with everything we asked about. This is a great place to stay.

Francesco and Guido welcomed us warmly and made sure our stay went smoothly. We stayed 17 nights in August. The place is beautiful, very well cared for and very peaceful. A place of other times cared for with extreme taste. The house has a beautiful patio where you can have nice dinners and the pool is a fantastic space when you want to relax. The sea is very close and offers a wide free beach (no amenities), but if you want to find equipped spaces nearby. To reach the house there is a dirt road to travel carefully, but absolutely feasible.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Margherita very much! Louise and Lino are great hosts, we felt very comfortable and spent a wonderful week. The house is located in a nice quiet environment, is very private and is located in a beautiful well-kept garden. The property is very spacious and very clean. The balcony offers a great view of the sea with fantastic sunsets. The possibility of parking the car in your own garage is worth its weight in gold - a perfect starting point for excursions to Tropea for an aperitif, the fishing village of Chianalea di Scilla or to Capo Vaticano with a wonderful view from the Strait of Messina to the Aeolian Islands. But we spent most of the time in Pargehlia: The beach is fantastic and the family-run beach bar offers delicious lunch dishes. The stay at Davide's place was excellent. It is an old and interesting house in the beautiful village of Pizzo, where the people are very social and kind. The kitchen had everything I needed and the bed was very comfortable. Davide was completely responsive and very helpful. Thank you for the great time!

If you want to have a quiet vacation, this is the place to be. The surrounding area is very quiet and the beach right in front of the house is also not very busy. The beach bar is also great. The accommodation was very clean and all utensils, as well as basic spices, were also provided for cooking. Giuseppina was very friendly, always responded very quickly and was very helpful. We will definitely recommend this place and hopefully come back soon.

Warmest recommendation for Danilo's accommodation! The apartment is located in a charming village, about 15 minutes from the beaches. Especially practical: An excellent trattoria is located directly in the village and is easily accessible on foot. Danilo was always available, very flexible at check-in and greeted us personally – a very friendly and attentive host!

We had a lovely stay! The home itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was responsive and friendly. The space had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. As there are people upstairs and downstairs, we had to be quiet (I have 2 children under the age of 2), if you have children just be mindful before booking as you will be reminded to keep it down. You will also need to take bedding off and bins outside yourself at the end of your stay. One thing to keep in mind: the location is quiet seaside village style. It’s a peaceful and quiet area, which we appreciated, but taxis and ride-shares were hard to come by. If you’re planning to stay here, having your own car or arranging transportation in advance is a good idea. We made friends with locals who helped us out with ride shares. Overall, a great experience — especially if you’re looking for a quiet retreat and don’t mind being a little outside the city center!

A cozy, comfortable and functional accommodation, a step away from the beautiful sea of Calabria (both free beach and establishment). Giuseppina is a helpful and friendly host, she responds quickly and gave us great tips for visiting local places. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!

Alina's place is beautiful and conveniently situated. The view from the patio ( and bathroom) is breathtaking. We enjoyed sitting outside taking in the surroundings. The rooms are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed our stay very much and fell in love with Badolato.

Ample space, strategic location, minimalist yet tasteful finishes and furnishings, and impeccable cleanliness. As well as the relationship with the host. Very nice structure, located in a quiet area. Excellent for resting or for those traveling for work. However, it is not suitable for people with disabilities or those with leg or back problems. Elevated on 2 floors above the ground floor, a certain ancient style has been maintained with steep wooden stairs connecting one floor to the other. The bedroom with bathroom and shower is located on the top floor. On the first floor, there is a nice sitting room with a toilet and shower. Wi-Fi is not available, but you can connect to the Internet very well from your mobile (except for the kitchen on the ground floor where there is less signal). Alessandra provided several useful details and was understanding, meeting some of my needs. Please note that Google Maps goes a little haywire and confuses the real location of the property, but just follow Alessandra's references and you can find it quite easily. Excellent point for those who have commitments on site.

Quiet place, house as pictured with everything you need, there is also a dishwasher, air conditioning for a totally relaxing vacation, close to TOP restaurants if you want fun evenings, just go to SOVERATO....in 15 minutes by car there is all the fun you want, beautiful promenade, but if you are looking for tranquility... peace and beautiful sea, I recommend... Isabella's house is a guarantee, thanks for everything we will definitely come back..

The welcome of Francesca and her family made us feel at home, they thought to welcome even our little dogs! The accommodation is taken care of in every detail and is in a very quiet area close to the sea. Highly recommended!

Villa Ulivo was a nice surprise for us! Small house but with everything and more! Great garden, washing machine and dishwasher. The best part was having AC in the rooms, then the possibility of fresh vegetables from Enrico's father's garden. And finally, the company of 2 nice dogs. A place worth checking out.
