The Villa is amazing, everything we expected and more. As a lot of the other reviews have said we had plans to explore the local area but we spent a lot of our time in the pool and in the garden as it was perfect. The view every morning was breath taking, I’d throughly recommend staying at this place. We visited during a heatwave, so the pool was a welcome relief, Anna was also able to provide fans which were really useful. Air con in the bedrooms during the heat wave would have been great, but to be honest for the rest of the time, an open window and a fan was fine. The local area was great for day trips, especially San lúcido which was beautiful and had lots of nice restaurants and bars. We’ve all had a fantastic time and are sad to be leaving. Thanks for the great holiday!

Studio for two people on the second floor of a building overlooking the sea. At check-in, we were welcomed by Chiara's mother, a friendly and kind lady who explained some things to us. We also took our 11-year-old dog on vacation who enjoyed the proximity to the beach having difficulty walking. Outside the building there is also a space equipped with a pump where we were able to wash the dog when we returned from the beach. Guaranteed parking space inside this condominium space that is accessed with an automatic gate. We'll definitely be back ☺️

Pleasant place, very well-kept and clean farmhouse, quiet and restful place. Lucia lives with her family in the nearby house, always available if necessary but totally respecting the privacy of the guests. Information, courtesy, food gifts in the fridge, cleanliness, attention to detail, availability and kindness. Thanks again for the excellent and evocative experience in the characteristic and elegant farmhouse, equipped with every appliance and product. Availability of patio and furnished outdoor spaces.

A splendid place away from the chaos and above all surrounded by greenery, healthy air and space for our dog. We spent two wonderful days, Maria Assunta was a kind, caring host and gave very detailed information on how to get to the property, where to eat and see the beauties of the place. If you are looking for relaxation and nature, "a window on the sea" is the right place to spend your holidays.

Masseria Ulisse and Calipso is located on the hill, but at the same time it is very close to the sea( 5 minutes by car). It enjoys a beautiful view of the sea, in the morning when you wake up the only sound you will hear will be the birds, you feel completely immersed in nature. The place was clean, tastefully furnished, and had everything you need. Mrs. Anna was a kind, polite and never intrusive person, she was very helpful right away. Always attentive to our needs and also to those of our dog (you can see that she loves animals).. she has not imposed any limits on her freedom of exploration, clearly always respecting other guests! As soon as we arrived, we were delighted with a very good dessert and typical products...Our experience was very positive. If you're looking for total relaxation, this is the place!!! Beautiful and well-kept structure, wonderful sea, and the owner is definitely an added value!!! We will definitely be back!!!

The stay at Giuseppe's place was excellent. This is a large house with large rooms, very spacious and clean. The pool is excellent and clean. The garden is very well maintained. The play facilities are excellent for children. Communication with Giuseppe was good, especially with Google Translate. Giuseppe was constantly interested if we needed help with anything, and even helped us order a pizza from a restaurant near the place. The value is very good for the price.

The house is wonderful, spacious and renovated; the private, quiet and clean public pool (it doesn't make it from the photos). You have to use the car, but there are many unique coves and beaches nearby. The only issue was checkout which is not at 12:00 pm as written, but at 10:00 am, which created a lot of discomfort. In any case, knowing this, the villa is worth all the money spent.

We had a great stay at this Hosts appt. It has the benefit of full time staff to assist with check in and out and any issues one might have. The apartment is very spacious and typical of the area. The balcony is a great place to spend time after a good days exploring. Being just outside the main centre it is wonderfully relaxing. We will definately stay again and a big thanks to Andrey for being so helpful. 5 stars easy! 🌟

This was our third visit to the property and it was exactly what we needed, as always. Beautiful surroundings, well-provisioned kitchen with plenty of space to eat and lovely large pool.

After a week of stay at the Masseria you feel so integrated into the surrounding environment and so close to Enrica and her family that you know you will be back soon. Beautiful place, kept with love and passion. Enrica is a wonderful host, caring, hospitable and welcoming like never before. I think spring is the ideal season, the scents and colors of the environment will win you over.

Super host, friendly and always ready to help you , the apartment is as shown in the photos, maybe it lacks some things like mosquito nets or kitchen utensils, but in the end we had a quiet stay.
