Holiday rentals with lake access in Laglio

Thank Serenella for hosting us. The apartment was pristine, view was beautiful, basket was full of complimentary items. Anyone that needs some time to collect themselves and be away from civilizition and think things through, this is the spot! Thanks again .

Our group of 4 had a wonderful stay at the window to the lake. Beautiful views also to the surrounding Tremezzo and mountains along with a very comfortable stay. We travelled to other locations on Lake Como and even had a night in cooking dinner and drinking wine from the local market. Thanks to Elena E Mara for a great stay!

Appartement spacieux, fidèle à sa description, avec une magnifique vue sur le lac ! Il est situé dans un environnement paisible. Hôtes réactifs et accueillant. Nous avons passé une super séjour !

The place was great, made me feel just like home, with great amenities and spotless clean. Federico was a great host, friendly, easy to talk. The location is just great, walkable distance from main objectives of the city. If I come again in Como, i would choose the same location :) Thank you for a great experience

We spent three nights in the April home - the perfect spot on the lake to enjoy the surroundings (e.g. a hike to Montepiatto with the hilarious view over the lake … or a boat trip to Como or to Lenno or to any place on the lake … or enjoy an Italian breakfast in the Bar Italia in the pittoresk Marina … or have a first class dinner on the lake in the Vapore restaurant … or or or. That is what we did during our three days ) Everything is in walking distance, so: Italian dolce vita at its best. We definitely recommend.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Casa Tilde in Dervio! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und perfekt gelegen – nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum See und zu den wichtigsten Geschäften und Restaurants. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Gastgeber: Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an super freundlich und extrem hilfsbereit. Bei Fragen oder kleinen Anliegen konnten wir ihn jederzeit unkompliziert über Chat erreichen und bekamen immer sofort eine Antwort. Das hat uns ein sehr sicheres und willkommenes Gefühl gegeben. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – absolute Empfehlung!

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the unbeatable location of this home. Being directly on the lake, the views are nothing short of magical. Waking up in the morning and looking out over the water from the bedroom felt like something out of a dream — peaceful, serene, and impossibly beautiful. The lake was quite literally at our doorstep. The home itself was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and full of charm. Every little detail was taken care of, and we felt instantly at ease. A special shoutout to our host, who went above and beyond when we realized last minute that we had forgotten to include our mother-in-law as a guest. It was entirely our oversight, and yet the host was kind, understanding, and incredibly accommodating. That kind of graciousness makes all the difference when you’re traveling. We can’t say enough good things about this place — the comfort, the views, the hospitality. If you’re lucky enough to find availability here, book it. Can’t wait to return

Perfect place in a private location! We felt like we were locals instantly. We could walk to the restaurants and regularly went on strolls. Additionally we could walk to the local shop. Would recommend Benedetta’s for a truly authentic Lake Como experience.

Monica was extremely helpful with tips and info both before and during our holiday, always responding quickly. Paolo was also super helpful and collected us from the bus stop and also taking us into town one morning when we missed the bus. The apartment is a perfect space for what we needed and had enough to get us by for the weekend, the view is excellent and apartment was super clean and tidy. The apartment is located at the very top of a hill so requires a bit of a walk, a bus stop is located at the bottom of the hill - however we did find getting back to the apartment late at night difficult due to public transport being limited and no Ubers / cabs etc - the buses are quite cheap but not frequent and very busy at night times. There are a few local restaurants located nearby and a small bar and shop which had fresh bread / olives / snacks / milk etc to fill the apparetment for a short time . Would stay here again :)

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Blue Boat Apartment! Es war alles perfekt. Die Wohnung war sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Silvia und Gigi haben uns herzlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Auch für unsere 10 Monate alte Tochter hat alles sehr gut gepasst. Wir werden die Aussicht und den Flair sehr vermissen. The greeting upon arrival was excellent, we were offered an upgrade as some guests had cancelled due to weather, a nice gesture! The appartment was well furnished, clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent. Far enough from the busy touristic Bellagio but close enough to walk. The ferry pick up is just steps away. The grounds are immaculate and large enough to get a good run in every morning (5km) track style staying on the stone path that twirls the 42 hectar property. The grounds allow you great views of Tremezzo and Villa Carlotta accross the Lake and you can swim if the tempersture permits on the stairs that access the Lake. This is really a great place to stay! I stayed at Alessandra’s place for two nights and had a great experience overall. The apartment was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and right on the beach with a beautiful view. Private parking was a big plus, and check-in and check-out were both very smooth. Alessandra was a wonderful host—very friendly and welcoming. She even brought us homemade cookies, which was such a thoughtful touch! She was also very responsive whenever we needed anything. The only downside is the location—it’s quite remote, with not much to do nearby. You’ll need to drive at least 15 minutes to reach the nearest store . Most places close by 8 PM, so I recommend bringing food and essentials in advance if you’re planning to stay in for the evening. Overall, it’s a peaceful, beachside escape with a great host. Just plan ahead for meals and supplies.

This is the perfect place for a romantic escape with beautiful surroundings. The place is quiet, perfectly equipped with high standards. Everything was done by the host to make us have a perfect time. We especially appreciated the exterior. The garden gives a really intimate mood but letting as well appreciate the view on the lake few meters away. And the terrasse fournitures are perfect to chill and enjoy the sunset. To finish, the lake property gives really a plus with our own place by the lake, to take the sun, and go for a swim. We cannot wait to come again for a weekend break.

Wir hatten ein traumhaftes Wochenende in der Villa am Comer See! Die Unterkunft ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und liegt inmitten atemberaubender Natur mit traumhaftem Seeblick. Elena war jederzeit erreichbar, sehr herzlich und die Kommunikation verlief absolut reibungslos. Ein kleiner Hinweis für zukünftige Gäste: Die Zufahrtsstraße ist – typisch für die Region – schmal, und die Einfahrt in die Garage recht steil. Mit unserem Opel Astra und VW Golf war das machbar, aber bei tiefergelegten Autos könnte es knapp werden. Kein echter Nachteil, eher eine regionale Eigenheit. Außerdem wurden – wie in Italien oft üblich – vor dem Check-in Ausweiskopien verlangt. Das ist gesetzlich so geregelt, steht aber nicht in der Beschreibung. Auch das werten wir nicht als negativ, sondern als landestypische Besonderheit. Fazit: Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Abschalten und Genießen – absolut empfehlenswert!

This airbnb was so beautiful! We had such a lovely time and our host Luca was so sweet. The view from the terrace is unbeatable. The host went above and beyond to show their hospitality. Upon arrival, he was helpful about local restaurants and transportation nearby. He also surprised us with cherries from his cherry tree, which was the cherry on top! Excellent price for the stay.

The location of the cottage was as wonderful as the pictures suggest, you're far enough from the waters edge to have a sprawling view, and close enough that nothing interrupted the view. Cinzia was very responsive and helpful and the added touches (pastries/wine) were much appreciated. Nesso is beautiful little spot, it can get reasonably busy because of the waterfall and the road from Como to Bellagio is rarely quiet (although we couldn't hear it from the bungalow). Be prepared for some hilly steps though, we clocked up 110 floors of climbing one day (for info, the Twin Towers were also 110 floors!). We found and Cinzia recommended a wonderful restaurant called Il Briisa which we would go back to in a heartbeat. The food, wine, service and ambience were all spot on. Overall, fantastic, it was a surprise break for my wife's 40th birthday and it delivered perfectly.

die Unterkunft ist ausreichend groß mit einem Schlafzimmer, einem Wohnzimmer einer kleinen Küche und Bad. die Lage ist traumhaft mit Blick auf den See und einen kleinen Strand gibt es auch in direkter Nähe:) die Unterkunft war sauber und die Küche ist mit allen notwendigen Küchenutensilien ausgestattet. wir kommen gerne wieder

L'appartement correspond aux photos et à la description, il est complet, il y a tout ce qu'il faut, le parking est un gros plus. La vue est époustouflante, on peut rester des heures à regarder le paysage, ça nous fait vite oublier les désagréments de la route (bcp de passage lors de notre venue et énormément de moto, prévoyez les bouchons d'oreilles si vous avez le sommeil léger). L'arrêt de bus, juste à côté, est très pratique pour aller à Bellagio, Nesso ou Côme (mais attention à bien choisir vos jours de déplacement pour éviter la foule). Merci pour ces quelques jours de déconnection.

We had a fantastic time staying in Dervio at Francesco’s place and exploring the towns surrounding lake Como. The place is perfect for so many reasons, the location is great, right on a small beach with amazing views and a walking path that takes you into town. It’s a short 7 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes to downtown area with restaurants. There are tons of old walkways that allow you to explore the area. We spent a couple days taking the train and ferry to Bellano, Veranna, and Bellagio (very happy to be in Dervio). We also have two small kids and found the place was great for families with crib, beds with guard rails, and a high chair, along with a playground that just out the front door. The gates were excellent for preventing kids from going to the road or to the lake. The best part was Francesco and his family, they are very warm and welcoming! We spent time with him, his father, aunt, and cousin and very much enjoyed getting to know them!

This place is truly one of a kind. Simply the most exceptional place I have been to. Great restaurants nearby, directly accessible by boat. We just loved cruising around the lake with the small motor boat, it made everything feel more special. The place itself is unique, as only very few houses are available in Santa Margherita. Lots of birds to watch, but the icing on the cake was all the fireflies at night that sparkle in the dark, really magical. But above all, Mattia was the friendliest, most helpful host and made everything nice and comfortable for us.

Daru’s place is even better than the pictures, incredible views, beautiful bedrooms and fully equipped with all the amenities you may need.
