The house is very nice with a great lake view. Spacious and clean, with a beautiful garden and pool. Location is very quiet and you need to drive to the more touristy places in Como but we definitely liked that!

Thank Serenella for hosting us. The apartment was pristine, view was beautiful, basket was full of complimentary items. Anyone that needs some time to collect themselves and be away from civilizition and think things through, this is the spot! Thanks again .

The location of the accommodation is truly heavenly and completely private! We felt very comfortable there and it was very clean. The bedroom is in the basement and therefore always nice and cool. Silvano is very nice and always very easy to reach. We would come again and again! Thank you

We stayed at Casa Michele for 2 weeks. A beautiful and spacious house in a quiet village. A small supermarket is next to the house and has sandwiches and other basic things every day. Around the corner, you can rent a boat via Boat2Go. A few houses away there is a bar/cafe/restaurant and at the lake, which is a few streets away, there is a bar and restaurant. Here we had breakfast, cappuccino and croissant, right on the lake in a beautiful location. From the village you can do a few beautiful walks and hikes, from sturdy to heavy. In the house, there is everything available such as a coffee machine with coffee, dishwasher, a TV with Netflix, good beds and a washing machine. There was no kettle, but Michele bought one for us. There is a basic pan set. We cooked a few times ourselves and went out for the rest. Milan and Monza (circuit) can be reached within an hour. Furthermore, the environment is very beautiful. We have had a nice time.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the unbeatable location of this home. Being directly on the lake, the views are nothing short of magical. Waking up in the morning and looking out over the water from the bedroom felt like something out of a dream — peaceful, serene, and impossibly beautiful. The lake was quite literally at our doorstep. The home itself was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and full of charm. Every little detail was taken care of, and we felt instantly at ease. A special shoutout to our host, who went above and beyond when we realized last minute that we had forgotten to include our mother-in-law as a guest. It was entirely our oversight, and yet the host was kind, understanding, and incredibly accommodating. That kind of graciousness makes all the difference when you’re traveling. We can’t say enough good things about this place — the comfort, the views, the hospitality. If you’re lucky enough to find availability here, book it. Can’t wait to return

Beautiful surroundings and well-worth the walk into town (there’s a very easy/safe path from this property into town - just expect to get some good exercise walking back up).

Super charming home with absolutely stunning views of Lake Como better seen in person. The amenities were wonderful and the hosts were so very friendly, attentive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here! Also, be sure to book any transportation ahead of time.

This family stay went extremely well; we enjoyed Luca's accommodation, which perfectly matched the description. The charm asset: the spa and the jacuzzi with a breathtaking view of the lake 😍 A big thank you to the co-hosts Andrea and Carla for their kindness and responsiveness in the exchanges before, during and after our stay. Our stay in Alessandras apartment was amazing. The place is exactly as seen in photos and you are less than 60 seconds from the lake. The views nearby are amazing! Alessandra was very responsive, offering recommendations and doing all she could to be of assistance. I would highly recommend staying here.

beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.

Luca responded super quickly and was very friendly - the view from the 11th floor is really fantastic in the evening - the location was also very good - we even found a place in front of the house for our camper (Ducato). We stayed with Samuele in Galbiate for almost 10 days and found exactly what we were looking for: peace, nature and relaxation. The location is ideal for walks in the nearby forest. The welcome by Samuele was warm, he showed us everything in peace and gave great tips. The farewell by his mother was also very kind. The fenced garden was perfect for our dog, the pool a treat on warm days and the fireplace wonderfully cozy in the evening. The view is fantastic and the crickets crickets create a special evening atmosphere. Our tip: shop before in a supermarket, then you can enjoy the days undisturbed. Absolutely recommended! Thanks Samuele, we'd love to come back.

We booked Ugo's home for one reason.... the view. It did not disappoint. We drank our morning coffees and ate our meals on the balcony. We actually went to a restaurant with an amazing view, but after we left, we stated we should have just cooked and ate outside the house since it is so private. Ugo provided coffee, which was highly appreciated! We bought the wrong coffee at store. The fruit platter was amazing and ate at every meal. Oh, I made orange juice and was delicious! We were given directions to free parking in bellagio. Plus, we got a flat tire and Ugo helped direct is where to repair it. Overall, go for the view amd don't leave the house! Unless you want to walk to town to get coffee, fresh meats, and gelato but go directly back!

Elena is a wonderful host who is quick to respond. The home is right on the lake with breathtaking views. Elena ensured the home was clean and ready for our arrival. She was very kind to provide welcome prosecco, coffee and some snacks. Elena and her husband were kind enough to provide recommendations and helped by making dinner reservations for us. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable. I would recommend their property to anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful location directly on the lake.

We had an incredible stay at Sergio’s place in Onno! From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond—meeting us at the bus stop and walking us to the apartment, answering all of our questions along the way. He was so helpful with tips on trains, buses and ferries, which made getting around Lake Como so easy and stress-free. Sergio also gave us fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and things to do in the area—every suggestion was spot on and helped us make the most of our time on the lake. The apartment itself was perfect—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The air conditioning was a huge bonus during the hot summer days, and the outdoor patio was a dream spot to relax with a glass of wine after a day of exploring. Thank you, Sergio, for your hospitality and kindness—we’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lake Como!

We had a wonderful stay at Blue Boat Apartment! Everything was perfect. The apartment was clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Silvia and Gigi welcomed us warmly and showed us everything. Everything also worked out very well for our 10-month-old daughter. We will miss the views and the flair very much. This place was the perfect place to stay if you want a beautiful view of the lake and to be in a quiet neighbourhood. There was pros and cons with the location (cons- trouble finding a taxi to and from the train station and not much in close walking distance & pros- beautiful view, right beside the C30 bus stop) but if you’re up for adventure and fully able bodied it’s worth it! We bought some groceries in Como after spending a the day there and had dinner one night in, walked down the stairs by the bus stop to the lake level for dinner at Ristorante Vapore sul Lago di Como and spent a day at the Lido di Faggeto Miamilaryo, which was a beautiful beach club with good food and drinks. The house was everything we needed and the view had us speechless the whole time. The hosts were quick to respond and help when we had questions. We would highly recommend this stay!

A fabulous place to stay. 10 minutes from the train station and about 7 minutes the lake. An excellent location. The apartment was spotless and stylish. Daniela provided lots of little touches to make the stay as luxurious as possible. We would absolutely recommend this Airbnb 🩷

accommodation is very nice and well equipped, with beautiful views of the lake. The domain is only accessible to guests. The lake is in one step. However, there is plenty of ointment and milk with mosquitoes. Those critters make the stay a little less pleasant.
