Located on the beautiful bay of Chiaiozza, the B&B is just 300 meters from the marina of Chiaiolella with its restaurants, shops and the waterfront promenade C. Columbus where the beaches are located. But those who love tranquility can go down to the rocks below the house and to the sea directly from our private descent.

In un palazzo storico del 700, appartamento con soffitti alti a cupola. Caccetta reale borbonica. Contesto calmo, tranquillo. Amerai il mio alloggio per la terrazza con meravigliosa vista mare, su Capri ed il Vesuvio. WiFi, lavatrice. Alloggio adatto a coppie, viaggiatori solitari, famiglie. Consigliato a chi ama l'atmosfera di antico e non cerca i confort di un loft domotico. Sulla terrazza possono esserci uccelli, insetti, gechi. Angolo cactus. Arredato con mobili antichi. Non c'è TV ed alexa.

Two rooms overlooking the sea

The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

Quiet villa with large private garden, in a strategic area to visit the Flegrea area, Cuma, Pozzuoli, Naples, the Royal Palace of Caserta. The housing solution is recommended for guests arriving by car. I will personally welcome guests Tranquilla villetta con ampio giardino di pertinenza, in zona strategica per visitare la zona Flegrea, Cuma, Pozzuoli, Napoli, la Reggia di Caserta. La soluzione abitativa è consigliata agli ospiti automuniti. Sarò io personalmente a dare il benvenuto agli ospiti.
