NEW Apartment! Chioggia center and sea

The apartment is magnificent, looks even better than in the photos. This is the case when the photo cannot convey the sparkling cleanliness, rationality and comfort. The rooms are spacious, with new furniture, a comfortable large bed, and high-quality bedding. The house itself has been recently renovated: a sparkling entrance, white stairs, and an elevator. The house is located on a quiet street, next to restaurants with beautiful views, delicious food. The apartment has a new high-tech finish with restored beams, with nice interior details, exceptionally harmonious and stylish. Francesca is very attentive to the requests of guests, there is everything necessary for cooking, many quality frying pans and pots, there is also oil, spices, sugar, salt. We enjoyed buying the freshest fish at the famous market and cooking it in a rationally organized kitchen. Francesca was kind and considerate to our requests, always ready to answer questions, gave clear instructions, we easily got into the house. And we will definitely come back!

My husband and our cat stayed at Elisa's for 5 nights... what can I say, the house is beautiful, very clean and very fragrant. There is everything you need for a pleasant stay (air conditioning, coffee machine and dishes). Elisa is very kind and always responsive without being intrusive, Cristiano, her partner has a restaurant in Chioggia where you can eat well (Dosana). In short... we all had a good time, including the cat!

Federico’s apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious and it had everything what we needed. The kitchen is well equipped. Hot shower and air conditioning worked perfectly. It is located twenty minutes walk to the public beach and it has a parking very convenient and easy!

The listing is exactly as described. It is very well equipped, we lacked nothing. The entire apartment was very clean. A big plus is the great large kitchen, the great shower and, our highlight, the large roof terrace, where we could enjoy aperitifs and dinner. The contact with Enrico was friendly and reliable from the beginning, and he perfectly worked out everything worth knowing, so that there were virtually no further questions - from access to the apartment to parking. He always reacted very quickly - in short: a perfect host, thank you!

The red house is definitely a very nice and functional support point. It is very close to the pedestrian area, where there is access to many restaurants and services. The proximity to Sottomarina is really minimal because it is seven minutes by car and it is very convenient. Lilith is available for anything a guest may need. She is friendly, caring and you can tell that she wants her guests to feel at home in her establishment. 8 minutes away is the Union Park, which is a multi-storey car park that I find very affordable, as the daily rate we paid is €12 for 24 hours. I would say everything is very functional and it will be our base for our summer weekends in Sottomarina. Highly recommended!!!!

It was a really great experience. The house is exactly as described: kitchen stocked with dishes and utensils, modern bathroom and tidy and comfortable bedroom. The impeccable cleanliness of all the spaces was greatly appreciated, as well as the kindness and courtesy of the owner. The location is perfect as the sea is within walking distance and the historic center of Chioggia is a few kilometers away.
