Small cozy cottage near Zell am See!

We rent out our small cottage near Zell am See. Very quiet location on the edge of the forest with a small stream and almost no other neighbors (only two other vacation homes nearby!) Simply furnished, one double bedroom, living room with fireplace and two more beds on a gallery in the living room. There is space for up to three people/children. There's a ladder up! TV + Internet. Small kitchen and simple bathroom! Heating is provided by an automatic pellet stove.

For your sole use, we offer our around 200 years old, core renovated cabin. Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cabin offers the perfect accommodation for four in about 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny hillside. This quaint retreat is not far from the Mölltal Glacier Railway and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. The holiday home Schwalbennest for 3-5 persons with 2 sleeping rooms is situated in the 1st floor of the "Zuhaus" across from the Saalhof Castle; our wellness area (shared with other guests from the Castle) is in the ground floor. A bright, stylish and new apartment with beautiful view of the castle - equipped with natural materials and wood - made by hand by our Carpenter. Zell am See is 3 km away, Saalbach-Hinterglemm 10 km.

Penthouse Apartment

Maishofen is a quiet gem situated in the middle of Saalbach Hinterglemm, Saalfelden Stein an der Meer, Leogang, Zell am See, Kaprun and The Kitzsteinhorn. The area has so many attractions to offer. The Austrian mountains surrounding us make it perfect for hiking, biking, skiing or just exploring the area and relaxing by the lake. The apartment says 3 people, however, we recommend only 2 adults plus 1 child up to the age of 12.

Welcome to my cozy apartment on the edge of the Hohe Tauern National Park. The perfect place to unwind and enjoy the mountain views. There are numerous ski resorts nearby, such as the Gastein Valley or the Kitzsteinhorn. In summer you will find numerous opportunities to hike, climb or mountain bike and then you can refresh yourself in the natural pool or relax in our panoramic sauna overlooking the Hochkönig.

Newly renovated and comfortably furnished apartment in the immediate vicinity of Lake Ritzensee. The large terrace in front of the door offers a beautiful view over Saalfelden and the mountains of the Steinernen Meer. The studio apartment with a sleeping niche, fully equipped kitchen, dining table and stylish bathroom is a special place for the whole year.

Our holiday apartment is located in our farmhouse, it has a kitchen-living room, bedroom, bathroom and toilet. Almdorf is located between Saalfelden and Maria Alm and is a small beautiful farming village. We have, among other things, parking spaces for campers, a nature shop and from our milk we make delicious cream cheese.
