By foot it is about 20 minutes walk to the castle and the historic upper town of Marburg, the bus stop is 7 minutes away. Quiet location on the outskirts of Marburg, about 20 minutes from downtown. Near the way of St James you will find our house with the lovely holiday home in country house style. It is surrounded by lavender and the garden. The patio offers you time to relax. By foot you need about 20 min to the Marburg castle and to the old part of the town. Private entrance, parking spot outside the house. Terasse. Private access. Parking in front of the house. Patio. The Marburg-Ockershausen district starts after Universitätsstrasse. It is a quiet neighbourhood towards southwest Marburg. The district Marburg-Ockershausen is close by the central quarter of the universitystreet. It is a quiet area to live in the southwest of the city of marburg.

We rent a modern, bright, 60 m2 apartment in an idyllic outskirts of the city. The kitchen is fully equipped and for the morning coffee, the garden with seating directly adjacent to the forest invites you to enjoy the morning coffee. Also from the large shower, you can sometimes watch a deer in the forest. The bedroom is separated from the living and dining room by a sliding door. Through the large window front, you have a beautiful view towards the city center.

Half-timbered house with loft bed

A small half-timbered house sleeps 4 - 5 people. On the first floor are the entrance area and the kitchen, upstairs the bathroom, the bedrooms and the living room. The bedroom has a double bed, 180 cm. In addition, there is a loft bed level for two people, 140 cm above the living room. In the living room, there is a sofa bed for 1 person. The ladder to the loft bed cannot be removed or locked. You should consider this if you want to travel with children.

Urlaub auf dem Bauernhof! Du wohnst in einem herrlich offenen und großzügigen Loft, das früher der Heuboden über dem Pferdestall war. In der unteren Etage des Gebäudes befindet sich unser kleines Hofcafé, das nur am Wochenende geöffnet ist. Von dort geht es über eine Treppe zum Loft. Die Wohnebene ist ca. 65qm groß, eine offene Schlafebene ist über eine weitere Treppe zu erreichen!
