The cottage is centrally located in Mellbystrand with walking distance to a nice beach, convenience store, restaurants, large shopping center and exercise trails.

Apartment in Laholm

Fresh apartment in central Laholm. Proximity to shops, gym, city park and city center. Distance 450 meters to Lagan where you can fish with a fishing license. 400 meters to grocery store 950 meters to the city center 1.5 km to Glänningesjö where there are docks and diving towers. 6 km to Mellbystrand where there is a shopping center and Sweden's longest sandy beach. Easy to take public transport here. Grönkulla stop about 250 meters. Private entrance on the second floor (stairs) with a small wooden deck with dining table and chairs right outside the door.

The courtyard house is located in the middle of Laholm's older district, Gamleby. Here you live a stone's throw from charming Hästtorget. Through the gate from the garden, there is close access to the Lagan river, which is a popular place for salmon fishing. The guest house is located at the back of our house and is equipped with a separate smaller kitchen with dining area, bathroom, living room and sleeping area for four. A smaller patio is available next to the property. Close to the sea, lake, forest, ski resort and Bjäre Peninsula.

Stay comfortably in this nice accommodation, completed in the spring of 2023. From the accommodation, you can see magically beautiful sunsets. The beach is only a few minutes away and is accessed via a small path. Two larger bedrooms with double beds and a smaller one with an 80 cm bed that can easily be pulled out to a 160 cm bed. Fully-equipped modern kitchen with light and nice dining area. The accommodation is part of a semi-detached house but very well soundproofed and with separate patios that create a proper private sphere.

Welcome to Villa Söderläget! A small house with great opportunities. Quiet area with lovely views to wake up to. Walking distance to Laholm city center and only a few minutes drive to both Melbystrand and Båstad. The house has a fully-equipped kitchen, fully-tiled bathroom and underfloor heating throughout the house. A loft of about 12 m2 with a 180x200 bed. Sofa bed for two people and air mattress for two people. Bed linen, i.e. sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases as well as towels are available to rent if required.

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla o privata boende på badrocksavstånd från stranden. I den rymliga trädgården följer du solen hela dagen eller hittar svalka under trädet. Havet är ständigt närvarande o skymtar fram mellan tallarna . På återvändsgata med en stig som leder ner till havet o salta dopp är det svårt att inte trivas. Attefallsstugan är modernt o mysigt inredd med 3-4 sovplatser. Växthuset på tomten delas ev med andra gäster som vissa perioder hyr den stora stugan.

Stay in a cozy log cabin in the middle of the forest, 100 meters from the lake! Beautiful surroundings, many places to walk and relax in nature both in summer and winter. Vallåsen Park, which offers one of the best bike parks in Sweden as well as ski and cross-country ski trails, is only 25 minutes from our cottage. The cottage has an area of about 100 sqm - at your disposal is a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room with fireplace, two bedrooms and a private, cozy sauna.

Bilavstånd till många fina utflyktsmål och vandringsleder. Kattegattsleden - cykelleden går genom hela Mellbystrand. 5 minuter gång till busshållplats som tar dig till Laholm, Båstad och tågstation. Huset är fullt utrustat och möblerat och har egen ingång från gatan. Fri parkering.

Here you can have a picnic on the beach with your car. In addition, you can reach both Halmstad and Laholm within 15 minutes.

Det finns större gemensamma utrymmen så som, stort fullt utrustat kök med matplats upp till 25 gäster och stort trä däck precis utanför i en mycket trivsam trädgård att botanisera i.
