The cottage was newly renovated in 2024 and offers 56 well-planned meters with A/C, hall, living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. Electric car charger. In the cottage association, you have a common part in the facility with swimming pool (June-August), sauna, mini golf course, football pitch, playground & tennis court. Ängelholm & Båstad are 20 minutes away with both city and sandy beaches. Stay in winter as well as summer with proximity to activities for all seasons.

Cozy cottage in Mellbystrand 400m from the sea

A small cozy cottage built in the 1960s but in a style reminiscent of the early 1900s. On the ground floor of the cottage there is a living room, with a sofa bed for two and a kitchenette. Upstairs there is a sleeping loft with slanted ceilings, 2 beds and a toilet. The stairs to the loft are narrow and quite steep. In the basement with a separate entrance is the shower. The house shares a plot with another cottage, but the plot is large and the cottage has about 700 sqm, and you really don't need to be crowded. A new sofa bed will be installed in May 2025.

Walking distance to Laholm city center and only a few minutes drive to both Melbystrand and Båstad. The house has a fully-equipped kitchen, fully-tiled bathroom and underfloor heating throughout the house. A loft of about 12 m2 with a 180x200 bed. Sofa bed for two people and air mattress for two people. Bed linen, i.e. sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases as well as towels are available to rent if required.

Surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes this modern and winterproof country house invites you to get away from it all to enjoy the wonderful undisturbed nature, perfect for bathing, fishing, cycling and gathering berries and mushrooms. The house is continuously maintained. In 2024, the veranda roof was renewed and an odorless biological sewage treatment plant and EV charging station were installed - before that, among other things, a new fridge-freezer, stove, induction hob and dishwasher.

The cottage has an area of about 100 sqm - at your disposal is a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room with fireplace, two bedrooms and a private, cozy sauna.

Welcome to our charming guest house in the countryside – a place to just be. Here you can check out of stress and into the calm. The guest house offers a homey feeling with two fireplaces to enjoy in front of. Only 22 minutes to Hallarna in Halmstad. Only 15 minutes to the E6 ramp for smooth transport.

Gården är belägen längs med västkusten och ligger mitt i mellan Köpenhamn och Göteborg och 15 min till havet. Boendet har två lägenheter med extra fristående rum för större sällskap (se mer specificerat nedan). Det finns större gemensamma utrymmen så som, stort fullt utrustat kök med matplats upp till 25 gäster och stort trä däck precis utanför i en mycket trivsam trädgård att botanisera i. On the farm there are sheep, cats and small farms, and just a short walk away await both forest and quiet lake.
