Cozy cottage right on the beach

A cozy cottage right by the sea! A house in front, then there are only dunes between you and the sea! The cottage with patio is a total of 33.5 sqm. There is also a small garden for the cottage. One private parking space is included. Note: The cottage has no private toilet and shower, but it is in a house about 50 meters from the cottage. There is also a laundry room. It is free use in the toilet but shower and washing machine require towers. Available to buy in the cottage for 5 kr each. Cleaning is done by the guest before check out.

Cottage adjacent to the villa with its own entrance, terrace and garden. 2 bedrooms with 6 beds (inc sofa bed), kitchen combined with living room, as well as bathroom (sauna out of function). Washing machine. Kitchen has oven, microwave oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, glasses, plates, cutlery etc. Outdoor grill. WiFi is included. 20 minutes to Vallås and it is 5 km to Mellby Padel Center. Parking is available.

Countryside setting but close to amenities…

We want our feedback to do the talking! Chromecast so you can connect directly to the TV Good WiFi, clever location ie Göteborg 140km. Malmö 105km Copenhagen 124kms. Laholm train station 12km We have teamed up with a renowned local artist and we are displaying/selling some of her artwork. Set in a small quiet village. The apartment is completely seperate from the main house. We have tried our very best to make the beds comfortable+fresh. Most who stay here say it's been super quiet + calm.

Small house near the sea and beach, with garden

Vår stuga ligger nära fantastisk utsikt, stranden och familjevänliga aktiviteter. Du kommer att älska vårt ställe på grund av att det är lugnt och bekvämt med närhet både till hav, strand och skog. Vårt boende rymmer 2personer, det finns möjlighet till 3 personer men då bor man trångt. Det finns en säng 120cm och en bäddsoffa, toalett och dusch finns i stugan. Ni har egen del av vår trädgård med uteplats och grill. Parkering finns på vår uppfart. Det finns ett litet kök ned kyl och frysfack.

Skønt sommerhus på to etager med stor terrasse samt stor smuk naturgrund med egen eng og skov. Sommerhuset har veludstyret køkken samt to stuer hvorfra der er smuk udsigt over eng og skov. I stueplan er der to soveværelser. På 1. sal er der et badeværelse badekar, to soveværelser samt 1 køjeseng og 1 stor seng på repoet. 20km til bl.a at besøge Kungsbygget Eventyrspark, MTB park Vallåsen, sejle i kano på Lagan samt bade søer i området og besøge Sveriges længste sandstrand, Mellbystrand.

In our garden next to our house there is a cottage, a typical Swedish red wooden house with 35 m2 living space. On the ground floor there is the kitchen (fully equipped incl. electric stove, table fridge and mini oven), bathroom (shower & toilet) and living/dining room. On the top floor you will find the open bedroom with one double bed and one single bed, including storage space. Guests are also welcome in our beautiful green garden overlooking the valley.
