Kattegattsleden - the bike path runs through the entire Mellbystrand. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop that takes you to Båstad and the train station. The house is fully equipped and furnished and has its own entrance from the street.

The courtyard house is located in the middle of Laholm's older district, Gamleby. Here you live a stone's throw from charming Hästtorget. Through the gate from the garden, there is close access to the Lagan river, which is a popular place for salmon fishing. The guest house is located at the back of our house and is equipped with a separate smaller kitchen with dining area, bathroom, living room and sleeping area for four. A smaller patio is available next to the property. Close to the sea, lake, forest, ski resort and Bjäre Peninsula.

Stay comfortably in this nice accommodation, completed in the spring of 2023. From the accommodation, you can see magically beautiful sunsets. The beach is only a few minutes away and is accessed via a small path. Two larger bedrooms with double beds and a smaller one with an 80 cm bed that can easily be pulled out to a 160 cm bed. Fully-equipped modern kitchen with light and nice dining area. The accommodation is part of a semi-detached house but very well soundproofed and with separate patios that create a proper private sphere.

The accommodation is primarily suitable for one person, but it is possible for two people to stay. The area is quiet with no significant traffic. For those of you who want to avoid driving, there are simple bicycles for rent. From fall to early summer, the space can be used as student housing at a very significantly reduced price.
