We had a really nice time. The pictures didn't promise too much, it looked even better. We would come back anytime! The only downside was the trains that passed right next to the house. Kitchen, bathroom and rooms were superbly equipped and spotless.

We enjoyed the apartment during a stay at Europapark. Perfect proximity, very quiet neighborhood. The accommodation is as described, very clean! We'll be back for sure! Thanks!

We had a great time. 20 minutes from Europa Park as planned. The host's welcome was warm and very friendly. Our family of four, kids 12 and 9, had a lovely week away here! Fantastic views of the Black Forest, comfy beds, stylish bathrooms, terrace, well equipped kitchen and parking. Hornberg is great for hiking and sightseeing. We hiked through the woods from the house, drove to Feldberg to climb the highest point in the Black Forest and enjoyed a walk to Hornberg Castle. Triberg Waterfall was a great day out, as were the various museums and attractions there. A highlight was Ride and Slide day at Europa Park and Rulantica. Amazing rides, short queue times and excellent theming. We've been to Disneyland and, honestly, had a better time here! We headed to Baden Baden for a walk along the allee and a trip on the funicular to the watch the paragliders jump. We spent the whole of our last day at the Freibad Hornberg, a wonderful lido, local to the house, where our kids played on the huge slide and diving boards for hours. Can't recommend the house and location enough!

We were there as a family and enjoyed the stay very much. The apartment was perfectly and lovingly furnished. There were also play equipment outside and the sauna was great. The excursion destinations are diverse and there are very good restaurants nearby. The hostess was very warm and had some tips and surprises for us. We're already looking forward to your next visit!

Place was very clean and thoroughly cleaned. We especially loved the private sauna and hot tub – great for relaxing! Overall a very enjoyable stay. The rooms are nice and bright, but also a little clairvoyant! I'd love to come back, thank you!

I live in Airbnbs and originally booked Claire’s house for 3 nights and extended it two more once I realized how great it is. All the other reviews are accurate about location and quality. It’s full of books and other non-IKEA things that make you feel at home. The apartment, even though downstairs, has its own outdoor space and feels airy You can get into Freiburg very easily by public transport and there are walking trails directly from the house. Plenty to do. Bring a bike if you can. I would absolutely stay here again.

We liked the stay in the Sonnenhäusle very much. The house is quiet and you can start hiking right at the door. We also received tips for hikes, which we tested directly and found to be good. 🙂 The house is well suited for 4 adults and the spacious garden invites you to relax. The communication in advance and at check-in was excellent. The house itself has everything you need and the sauna after a long hike was an absolute treat. We would stay there again at any time!

Beautiful accommodation with a great view. :-) Manuel and Sarah are warm hosts. They responded and/or reacted to questions or concerns within minutes.

Claudia and her family welcomed us warmly. The accommodation was well maintained and we even received snacks and a squeeze for our little daughter as a welcome gift. Super great and attentive. I would recommend Claudia's accommodation again and again.

We were here with the dog over the weekend and felt very comfortable. It is a large, very quiet 1-room apartment, which is cozily furnished with an enchanted garden, see photos. Great as a starting point for hikes through the vineyards and forest. Kind regards to the lovely hosts.

We really liked the spacious, bright and well-equipped apartment as a group of four people. We especially loved the terrace! Even in the rain, we were able to use it and relax on it. The little cat, who visited us from time to time, also sweetened the evening. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

Daniela is a very nice and helpful contact. The location of the apartment is quiet and the surroundings (the village) very idyllic. From the accommodation, you can quickly reach the surrounding vineyards, the city center of Baden-Baden and numerous hiking routes through the Black Forest. Just the thing to unwind ☀️

We felt at home in the accommodation from the beginning. The apartment is excellently equipped – there were many small hygiene items, a fully equipped kitchen and everything you need in everyday life. The large, private balcony with morning and evening sun was a real highlight and invited you to linger every day. On hot days, the air conditioning cooled us pleasantly, and the modern, spacious bathroom was also very comfortable. The friendly contact was particularly positive – we always got quick answers and also received great tips about the area and activities. All in all absolutely recommended – we would come back anytime!

A lovely apartment, well suited for three couples. The equipment to cook with was great and we loved the fondue set. Lots of comfortable seating in the lounge too. They were very helpful providing a high chair and cot. Hosts communication was great. There is a second apartment on the ground floor and outdoor areas are shared; although there is plenty of space and the provided bbq was great. Parking was harder to share and we ended up parking across the road, which was still pretty close but made it slightly more difficult to load and unload. Would definitely recommend!

What a fantastic place to stay! The loft had everything you could ever need or want…even little things like sandwich bags and a free welcome drink were provided. The loft was spacious yet felt cosy. It was in a quiet area yet less than a 15 minute drive from Baden Baden. There are plenty of walks straight from the accommodation, or in and around the area. We also visited Europa Park which was about an hour away but easy to do and for anyone that loves waterparks or theme parks these are amazing! We would love to come again one day.
