The apartment is ideally located, close to the sea and with all amenities nearby. The residence is quiet, the apartment small but functional and the pool is a real asset! We had a great stay, and would definitely recommend this place.

Jean Marie is a great host. The place is well located within less than 15 minutes walk from the centre. it is a great appartement well decorated and well appointed and met all our needs for a short break in La Rochelle. There is on site free parking which for us was a real bonus. Overall a great experience. Highly recommended.

Just a beautiful apartment. Refurbished in June 2025, we were among the first tenants. Hyper modern, very well decorated, with small details that make the difference: hammock in the living room!!, nice little lights... Well done for this work. From a more "practical" point of view: magnificent view of the embankment and the sea, you will be 30 seconds from the beach. Harbor side accessible in 15 min on foot, lots of good restaurants in the area (including on the beach). Host side: the team is super friendly, accessible, very attentive and concerned about our stay, the instructions are clear... A big thank you to you. See you soon, with great pleasure!

This was a great apartment in a very convenient location. It was well stocked with all the basics and more. We had a couple of small issues: one of the toilets wasn’t working and we were missing a key. Neither was a big problem for us and we were assured they would be sorted for the next guests. Jessica and Jimmy were helpful, friendly and it was easy to communicate with them. We’d happily stay here again.

Celine's studio is comfortable and ideally located in the heart of La Flotte, with all shops nearby. Celine is lovely and very responsive. We had a very, very good holiday despite some bad weather that does not spoil the beauty of Île de Ré. We will come back without hesitating and recommend this property.

Great location, great communication and lots of information provided. The apartment was fab, very spacious and nice decor, had everything we needed and more for our 3 night stay including a great terrace!

Very good stay, apartment extremely well located, parking nearby (€20) for the two days, the beach on one side, walk on the port, restaurant and shops in abundance, in short a weekend to do again. The residence is very quiet and the walking access to the port of La Rochelle is very appreciable along the waterfront, the free shaded parking is a real plus. The apartment is cozy and comfortable. Romane is very responsive, very pleasant, I recommend 100%.

We had an absolutely perfect stay in this apartment. Everything was in line with (or even better than) what was described in the listing. The apartment was impeccably clean, very well equipped, tastefully decorated and particularly comfortable. The sea view is amazing. The location is ideal, close to all the amenities and points of interest of the city. Host rating was very welcoming. It really feels like a home away from home. I recommend this apartment without hesitation, and I will not hesitate to return during a future stay in Les Sables.

We had a very pleasant weekend in the accommodation offered by Anna. The accommodation is like new, beautifully decorated, very clean and practically on the edge of the ocean. We recommend this property without hesitation.

We had a great stay at Sandrine and Manu's, very attentive and very kind hosts. The accommodation is beautiful, perfectly equipped and impeccably clean. It is located in a quiet place, only 30 minutes from Puy du Fou. We particularly enjoyed the garden, its terrace offering a very beautiful view, and, the icing on the cake: the jacuzzi. The accommodation is perfectly named, "DREAMS": if you want to spend a dream stay, this is the perfect place. We recommend it without hesitation.

Very good place that matches the photos. The amenities are well maintained and a little plus the Jacuzzi already ready at check-in, no need to fill it and heat it compared to other listings.

Very nice place with its small terrace out of sight . The hot tub is a real joy no matter the weather . Very well placed on the island . You can do anything on foot or by bike . Boris is always available and very welcoming . A big thank you . To be done again with great pleasure .

At the height of the service offered. The jacuzzi in its housing is the cherry, with sea view, it's pretty good!! A bottle of chilled sparkling wine was intended for us, nice. We felt good there. Right in the middle of the sands, at the foot of the beach. Comfortable bed. Quiet. What a positive thing!

This apartment has been tastefully designed. It has a lot of charm, is very practical and you feel really good there. The magic happened as soon as we walked through the door. We discovered the city and its surroundings, but the first project was to contract, rest and recharge. This apartment was the right place. The ocean view on both sides from morning to night was really enjoyable too. Thank you for the welcome, hospitality and small attentions. Looking forward to returning or discovering another of your cozy nests.
