Ideally located in Charron to visit the Vendée and its beaches and the islands of the Atlantic coast (Île de Ré, Île d'Oléron, Île d'Aix), Fort Boyard, the Palmyre Zoo, the Poitevin marsh, the Green Venice etc...

Independent accommodation adjoining our house with private entrance. Privileged location 100 m from a beautiful beach of La Faute-sur-Mer. 22 m2 2-room apartment with kitchenette, sofa and TV; 1 bedroom with 160 X 190 bed for 2 people, with possibility of separating the beds (on request); Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Terrace with garden table and chairs. Linens and towels are provided. WIFI included. In July and August, 7 nights minimum from Saturday to Saturday.

nice studio refurbished, very bright south-facing, bay window overlooking the pedestrian street and the sea, in the heart of the city with all amenities nearby... the beach is 100 m away. the studio is on the first floor with a secure double entrance. Listing is rated 2 stars . In Tranche sur Mer, parking lots are payable from April to September, I give you a card that allows you to park for free in the "Stella maris" parking lot 100 m from the accommodation.

My place is close to the city center. It is good for couples and solo travelers. We do not provide linens and towels except on request. No extra cleaning but the studio must be clean upon checkout. A deposit of €50 is required at key exchange. Clean and tidy upon arrival, all or part of this deposit will be charged if cleaning is not done. Free parking spaces right next door. No smoking allowed. Free wifi access

Newly restored mill in the heart of the Marais Poitevin

This former mill (mid-19th century), carefully renovated, at the gates of the Marais Poitevin, is classified "4 stars furnished de Tourisme". On 3 levels, this mill respects the traditional local architecture and the nature that surrounds it. The mill has kept its narrow and original miller's staircase. Combining wood, exterior coating with lime, noble materials, it is turned towards respect for the environment.

Small house completely renovated, comfortable, close to the beach and the shops of the city center (Thursday and Sunday market). For a couple, with one or two children (2 adults + 1 or 2 children) 2 rates offered: with or without linen and cleaning supplies. See the details in the ad. NOTE: between June 28 and August 31, 2026, the rental is from Saturday to Saturday, for a minimum duration of 7 nights.

You have a new studio equipped with a small kitchen( fridge, induction hob, range hood, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster) , bathroom, wc,( towels provided), and a bedroom ( sheets provided) with wardrobe, tv. There are coffee, tea, sugar, and herbal teas. A parking space is reserved for you.

House 50 m from the swimming area and shops. You will find an entrance hall, a living room with its kitchenette and sofa bed, a small room for use as a bedroom with bunk beds. A bathroom with a toilet. All on an inner courtyard, not overlooked, with a barbecue.
