Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Lake Anna

The house was great! We were able to fit two 19 foot bass boats in the driveway, and could have fit 4 easily. The ramp is in the same neighborhood less than 2 minutes away with ample parking. The house is clean, and back porch is wonderful. This will be our new spot for our yearly tournaments.

It is a beautiful home and wonderful hosts. They made us feel right at home and so respectful and responsive. It is a beautiful peaceful place to stay. We will come back and will recommend this home to others. Thank you for having us.

We stayed here with our Grandson and met up with friends at Christopher Run. This house was the perfect location for us. The house was clean and was everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked with just about anything you would need. The AC worked great after spending our hot days on Lake Anna and it was especially nice to have a washer and dryer. Cathi was very pleasant and fast responding to any questions. We certainly made some core memories with our Grandson and look forward to visiting again. Becky

We had an amazing stay here! The location is perfect—right on the water with a fantastic private dock. The little "snack bar" on the dock was stocked with extra life vests and paddles. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. There was plenty of silverware and utensils for our whole group, which made cooking and dining together a breeze. A big bonus: the shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms—everyone in our group forgot theirs, so that was a total lifesaver. We also loved that the property overlooks the state park. It gave us beautiful, peaceful nature views and added a sense of privacy that made the whole trip feel like a true escape compared to other locations I've been to on this lake. My favorite part was taking the jet ski out every day. The nearby boat ramp is very private and super close, which made launching a breeze.

Oliver made it so easy to check in and out. The house was spotless and had everything we needed and more. We forgot a toothbrush and coffee pods and home had extra of both. There were plenty of towels and toilet paper and paper towels,etc. and the beds were so comfy. We put the two kayaks in the back of our CRV and just drove slowly the two blocks (at most) to the launch. Lovely area to kayak around. We went to King’s Dominion one day and then to Fredericksburg for a movie and pickleball (the Picklr was great) Otherwise stayed at the house and enjoyed the porch and basketball. The fire pit area was great but unfortunately we weren’t able to use it bc of evening showers. Although, those evening showers enabled us to hang out on the porch without bugs bothering us. Oliver was so receptive to any question we had and always responded quickly. It was the perfect place for 5 adults to come together for a mini family vacation and just relax.

We have stayed at a few places in Lake Anna and this one was perfect for our group of 8. The house is beautiful with a great set up for engaging family time and a well stocked kitchen. The backyard worked well with our Halo collar for our dog and the dog and boating options were perfect for our crew aged 8-68. The neighbors are friendly and there's plenty of shade and sun options to meet everyone's needs. We already booked our trip to come back next year!

This house is perfect for families with kids. They had so many books, toys and kid-friendly amenities at the house - our entire family had a blast!!! The screened-in porch was perfect - we had nearly all our meals there. The property is quite secluded in a very peaceful place. Cannot wait to go back!

The water was clear, calm, and just right for swimming, paddleboarding, and kayaking. • Beautifully Appointed Home: The interior is bright, spotless, and tastefully decorated. The open-concept living area allowed everyone to hang out together, while the cozy bedrooms provided peaceful retreats after a full day outdoors. • Chef’s Kitchen & Dining: We loved the fully equipped kitchen—great for preparing family meals. The dining table offered views of Lake Anna, making every breakfast feel like a special occasion.

Donna’s space was perfect for a weekend away. Everything we needed, and more, was available! The space was extremely well kept and comfortable. Donna was great with sharing instructions, checking on how things were going and offering local things to do. We will definitely stay here again if available!

The terrace was amazing, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening drink. The room itself? Furnished to perfection! They really thought of everything, all the amenities you could ask for. And the towels? Plush, like you wouldn't believe. We will definitely be back. I also want to give a shout-out to our host, Joy. She was so responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. This apartment was very homey and comfortable. I especially like the fact that it’s pretty private and the area is quiet. Eyleen is a very grey host. She’s very responsive and always made sure that I was enjoying my stay and if I needed anything to let her know. I can appreciate a host like her. Definitely recommend this apartment if you’re gonna be in the area.

The cabin was wonderful! Very clean, lots of space, and great location. We can't wait to go back and enjoy everything the resort has to offer. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot for people who plan on bringing their personal boat to Lake Anna. Condo was clean and had all the amenities including prime proximity to the marina, locally owned restaurants and shopping. Would book again in a heartbeat. Had a great time!

Absolutely perfect! I can't say enough about the condo and the host!! The condo was roomy, extremely clean, and had everything we needed and more. Sam went above and beyond to ensure our stay was everything we were looking for! We are already looking at reserving our next stay!

Great stay. Beautiful location. Many activities. The 2 bedroom Yurt was gorgeous and came with everything we needed. You need to keep in mind that this is not a cabin and walls are thin. Be aware of your noise level after dark! Would definitely recommend this unique stay. I'll be coming again!

I highly recommend staying here! The pictures truly don't do it justice. The condo was extremely spacious, spotless, and comfortable. The location is unbeatable — just 50 feet from an outdoor rental service where we easily rented kayaks, about a 7-minute drive to the local State Park, and only 10 minutes from a variety of incredible restaurants. I’m already looking forward to visiting again!

Jonnathan's place is a beautiful, clean, spacious condo conveniently located next to the marina. We so enjoyed our stay & having a designated boat slip to dock our boat was an extra added bonus! Absolutely perfect place to stay for a weekend lake getaway! We are already looking forward to our next stay!
