Como Lake house with boat and motor included

Because this property is located at the end of Lake Como and at the end of a private road it offers seclusion and intimacy while being only 3 miles from downtown Lake Geneva. The lake is great fishing for largemouth bass as well as northern pike, a 16' 3" foot aluminum fishing boat with a 10 hp motor is available at no extra charge as well as a canoe and 2 kayaks . The pier goes in May 1st and comes out sometime after October 15 otherwise the boats without a motor can be launched from shore.

Perfect getaway house with views overlooking beautiful Lake Como. Come spend time in this new remodeled 4 bedroom (2 Kings, 1 Queen bed and 2 twin bed) and a 3 bathroom home. We have a full kitchen area with outdoor cooking as well. We are located directly across the street from the lake with beautiful views on our wraparound porch.
