Our stay was absolutely perfect. We were staying for a long weekend for the Ironman event and wanted somewhere away from the busyness of the event but close enough to get there and back easily enough. The apartment was ideal, better than we had even expected! We had a secure place to keep the bikes, a private garden with seating and shade to relax and all of the facilities we needed to be self sufficient for the weekend. Ulli and Elizabeth were super hosts, really welcoming, friendly and responsive to our needs, even sending good luck wishes ahead of the race which was really lovely! The location of the apartment was stunning and I would love to return for a more relaxing break in the future to really explore the area.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in Kras. Es ist wirklich sehr ruhig dort, aber genau das wollten wir! Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall notwendig, aber dann gibt es unzählige Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung. Und natürlich die Kärnten Seen! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, großzügig und der Balkon ist toll. In der Küche gibt es alles was man braucht. Das Bad ist klein, aber für zwei Personen völlig in Ordnung. Vielleicht ist es gut zu wissen dass es nur über das eine Schlafzimmer zugänglich ist. Alles in allem war es eine tolle Woche und Marina und/oder Günther waren stets erreichbar und die Kommunikation unkompliziert und sehr freundlich! Vielen Dank!

Super moderne und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft! Die Lage und der Blick in die Natur sind einmalig. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für jede Art von Aktivität! Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr gut. Wir werden wieder kommen!

Het prachtige appartement is niet zo lang geleden verbouwd. Een keurige keuken, twee prachtige grote slaapkamers met heerlijke bedden, fijne badkamer en apart toilet. Heerlijke tuin. Zeer vriendelijke host. We hebben er een heerlijke midweek gehad.

Wow !!! What an apartment, it was just beautiful. Spacious , modern and had all the amenities you could ask for . The balcony was spacious and the view from it was out of this world . Looking out over the beautiful lake and mountains.

This was one of the most beautiful apartments we have stayed in. And we travel often staying at many apartments and hotels. It had everything to make us feel like home. We’d recommend this apartment to anyone.

Wir haben zu zweit und mit einem Hund 2 Wochen in dieser schönen und gemütlichen Ferienwohnung verbracht und sind super zufrieden. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Es gab genügend Stauraum für unser Gepäck, die Küche war gut ausgestattet und das Bad geräumig und sauber. Die Gastgeber waren unheimlich freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben uns gern bei Fragen zur Umgebung weitergeholfen und tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben. Auch das Handbuch mit umfangreichen Informationen zur Wohnung und zur Umgebung war sehr hilfreich und hat schöne Anregungen für Ausflüge gegeben. Wir vermissen jetzt schon den wunderschönen Blick auf den See, den wir beim Essen auf dem Balkon genießen durften. Wenn es uns mal wieder ins schöne Kärnten zieht, würden wir diese Wohnung gern noch einmal buchen.

Die Wohnung liegt fussläufig zum See (ca. 5-10 min). Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nachbarschaft, Zugstation ebenfalls in 3-4 min erreichbar. Alexandra und Manfred waren über die Massen freundlich, so etwas erlebt man selten. Manfred hat bei unserer Abreise seinen privaten Carport zur Verfügung gestellt, dass wir nach Checkout das Fahrzeug noch den gesamten Tag kostenlos stehen lassen konnten. Alexandra und Manfred wohnen in der unmittelbaren Nachbarschaft und waren jederzeit bei Fragen und für Tipps stets sehr gut erreichbar. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei. Einziges Manko der Wohnung ist die Strasse. Trotzdem würden wir jederzeit wieder kommen. Die Raumaufteilung der Wohnung ist optimal eingerichtet, weshalb sie sich auch für zwei Erwachsene und ein Baby eignet. Wir haben es sehr genossen.

Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt bei Martina und Markus! Alles war super sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Die beiden sind äußerst freundliche und herzliche Gastgeber – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch der verschmuste Kater, der für zusätzliche Wohlfühlmomente gesorgt hat. Der Stellplatz direkt vor dem Haus war extrem praktisch, und auch in der Küche hat es wirklich an nichts gefehlt – alles war da, was man braucht. Der ganze Ablauf war völlig unkompliziert, inklusive eines späteren Check-outs, der problemlos möglich gemacht wurde. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft zu 100 % weiter und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

Ester and Anže’s place is everything you dream of when you book an Airbnb. Firstly, the location. It’s unbeatable. It’s a private oasis in the hustle and bustle and it’s the most beautiful house. The upstairs apartment, which is the Airbnb is beautifully decorated, so comfortable and clean - with everything you need to cook and relax. We felt so at home. Then there’s the family. What a beautiful, lovely, accommodating family. Communication was great and they did everything to ensure we were happy and looked after. From the hidden treasure of a house, to the location, the comfort and the beautiful hosts, this is an Airbnb experience at its best. Don’t hesitate to stay here.

Die Unterkunft ist für Ausflüge in die Natur ideal gelegen, nächste größere Stadt ist mit dem Auto 30 Min. entfernt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft hat Alles was man braucht um sich wohl zu fühlen

Abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni meravigliosi a Rateče in questo appartamento ideale per chi cerca tranquillità, natura e comfort. La casa è ampia, pulitissima e dotata di tutto il necessario, con una vista spettacolare sul Parco Nazionale del Triglav — svegliarsi con quel panorama è stato davvero speciale! Siamo stati con il nostro husky, che ha adorato il giardino e le passeggiate nei dintorni. Il paese di Rateče è molto tranquillo, soprattutto la sera: perfetto per rilassarsi completamente o per godersi lunghe camminate immersi nel verde. Un pensiero davvero apprezzato è stato l’omaggio che ci è stato lasciato durante il soggiorno, una sorpresa gentile che ha reso l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. Consigliatissimo a chi vuole staccare la spina e rigenerarsi in mezzo alla natura slovena!

Gerade weil wir Schlechtwetter hatten, war diese wunderbare Wohnung wichtig für uns! Gäeräumig, modern, bietet einfach alles! Sogar Grill auf der riesigen See-Terrasse! Wir haben uns extremst wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher wieder! Danke an unsere Gastgeber Birgit & Martin. Klaus und Doris.

Spacious, well equipped apartment in a clean and well maintained building. Within a short distance of some great hiking trails and lovely meadows. A little further to walk to the Thermal Baths which was a great afternoon out.

Alles übertroffen was wir erhofft hatten spontan zu finden. Liebe Katharina, du darfst uns zukünftige Stammgäste nennen. Das was du und dein Mann da geschaffen haben, ist einfach der Inbegriff von Bilderbuch. Man kommt an und will nicht mehr gehen. Es ist, als ob man die Tür betritt und einem jegliche Last von den Schultern fällt. Katharina achtete auf jedes kleinste Detail in und um die Unterkunft herum, dass es einem an nichts fehlt. Wenn du denkst, du hättest etwas vergessen, war es bereits da. Geht auf jede Bitte liebevoll ein und hat eine fantastisch Familie, die das ganze Bild strahlen lässt. Bis nächstes Jahr!

A beautiful, modern apartment in a great location to enjoy the outdoor pursuits that Bovec offers. The apartment had everything we needed and plenty of room for our family of 7. Would highly recommend!

This place was a dream. The view was gorgeous and so peaceful. The place was super cozy and so clean and beautiful. It had everything one could need including fluffy bathrobes! The hot tub was our favorite part. Easy to use and so relaxing. There were other people staying in the other apartment but we still felt like it was very private. Honestly felt like the East side apartment is the best one because of the views. If possible we would totally come here again.

Bijzonder vriendelijk, behulpzaam en gastvrij. Met een geweldig mooie glazen sauna in de tuin, van waaruit je een prachtig uitzicht hebt op de bergtoppen aan de overzijde van het dal. Ook een houtgestookte hottub in de tuin was beschikbaar. Erg aangenaam tijdens een onbewolkte avond, met een immense sterrenhemel boven je. Helaas waren in de directe omgeving geen loipes meer beschikbaar om te langlaufen. Maar met een half uurtje rijden waren er goede langlauf mogelijkheden op de openbare piste in Villach, en in het Sloveense Planica. Voor mooie wandelingen hoefde je niet zo ver te gaan. Wij hebben erg genoten van de week in Bach im Gailtal.

Zlata and Dusan’s place is fantastic. Nothing short of five stars for the apartment itself and for the communication from the hosts. Dusan greeted us on arrival and gave us some suggestions as well as a tour of the apartment. This is a beautiful apartment situated in such a quiet part of lake bled and having access to bikes was a game-changer. Complementary chocolate, jam and coffee were received on arrival and they even dropped round some homemade cherry liqueur halfway through our stay which was delicious. You won’t regret staying here! My only regret is we forgot to write a message in the guest book, but I will be sure to next time if we come again!

we wish we could give this place more than 5 stars. while GPS can be a bit confused in this area as we got lost twice, the location is so peaceful and beautiful. the property itself is stunning, very modern with great amenities. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the hot tub, the sauna and just enjoyed the beautiful view. Also the next door farm shop had some fantastic sausages and eggs for our dinner. This was the best place we have ever stayed at, and we were quite sad to check out. The hosts were also super friendly and very accommodating. We will definitely be coming back next time we are in the area 😊

Das Zirbennest ist absolut empfehlenswert. Die Ruhe und die Aussicht, die man dort oben hat ist einfach einmalig. Die Kommunikation war immer einfach und die Gastgeber gehen auf jeden Wunsch ein. Der Hot-Pot war einfach nur genial. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Streichelt mal den süßen Wautzi von uns :)

Appartement tout à fait conforme aux photos. Clair, lumineux et pièce de vie et salle de bain spacieuses. La localisation est parfaite pour visiter et bled est rapidement accessible à vélo ou à pied. Tjas a été très à l’écoute, sa maman également. Il nous a proposé les bonnes adresses du coin et le prêt de vélos a été vraiment apprécié pour pouvoir aller se baigner rapidement et sans contrainte de parking. Bref, parfaite adresse!
