Beachfront holiday rental in Lake Havasu City

We had an amazing stay, The perfect spot to unwind and relax right next to the water. It was our first time in Parker and definitely won't be our last. Great spot to book for a beautiful view.

We decided to come a day early on our trip. Jack was very accommodating about getting us into his place early. It was immaculate on the inside, very clean and well stocked. Everytime i would reach out to him he was quick to fet back to me. Directions for check in and check out were clear and easy. Overall, we had an amazing time and the accomodations were top notch! Easily the cleanest and best overall Air BnB I’ve stayed at! The game room being disconnected from the house was awesome! If a few friends wanna stay up for a nightcap they’re not keeping everyone else awake in the house.

Great location right on the channel and just steps from the beach. Condo was clean and roomy and hosts were responsive when we had trouble with the keypad to unlock the front door. Walk to restaurants and the London Bridge, which you can see from the dining room table. Covered parking also a plus in AZ. We look forward to our next stay!

My family and I loved the place. The location was perfect and the days and nights were nice and peaceful. If we had a question the Host were really good at responding also. Thank you it was a very nice time.

Can’t go wrong with Parker! Love working with this property management company. All the ladies are super nice and accommodating. They have many properties along the strip and I can’t wait to visit more of them. Some of our greatest family memories are at the river, so thanks for being part of that!

Came here with a group of friends for the weekend. The house was spacious enough for all 6 of us and in a great location. Very clean and felt right at home. Would highly recommend staying here again in the future.

Everything was as described, but I don’t think you can actually describe how great the anchor lake house was for my family and I. House was perfect in every aspect. Our host made sure everything was easy and was very responsive to any and all questions. You really can’t beat location, and the amenities that come with the house. It was our first trip with our new boat, and having the ease of a launch ramp and docks in the community made everything easy on us. Definitely coming back.

beautiful condo, made us feel right at home. we are a family of seven, four of which are small children and we all slept comfortably. fully furnished apartment had everything you would need. we loved our stay and location and would love to stay in this exact place again next year ☺️ the host even let us check in earlier than the expected time and allowed me to add a last minute guest! thank you for a lovely vacation my family will remember forever!! 🥰

Clean, easy to access, and had all necessities.

Beautiful place - loved the ground level golf course "backyard," pool was spotless and a plus and the decor was dreamy, close to many things to do! During our stay, a child accidently put a small hole in the wall after doing a summersault toward it - we let her know immediately so we could initiate repair and she was very gracious and understanding that things happen. She was also responsive throughout the stay.

Steven’s place was a dream!!!! Loved staying there and can’t wait to go back!!! Thank you again! ❤️🙏
