What an amazing home! It not only met but exceeded our expectations. The spacious home and separate casita fit our family perfectly! Sandro was very easy to work with, was friendly, and he responded quickly throughout the whole process. We were there for three nights, and everything went smoothly. We would all love to stay here again in the future. I highly recommend Sandro and this beautiful and peaceful home if you need a place to stay in Havasu. Just don't book it for the same time we decide to go back there, lol.

House was clean, close to the highway. Easy parking for boat and truck. Host responds quick. Enjoyed our stay. Will definitely book this place again

Plenty of parking and activities to keep the kids busy. Having 2 refrigerators was great bc we had lots of food/drinks. Place was perfect. We would definitely book again.

Amazing home! We felt right at home and so comfortable being there. They provide everything you can imagine to make the stay easy and convenient! Shannon is an amazing host and answered any questions we had in a timely fashion. Great house for families with babies and dogs. I cannot wait to stay here again!

Absolutely loved the house. The backyard and game room was our favorite. It’s the perfect house for family and friends. The host communicated with everything clearly and was quick to respond when I asked a question. We have a GMC 3500 and a 30” boat. The driveway was large enough for us to park the boat and an angle and have the truck straight along the mail box / side of the road. The street doesn’t have a lot of traffic either. The house was spotless and well maintained by the host. The kitchen is well stocked. Pool towels are provided. There are plenty of cozy lounging blankets are the house. Lots of games to play. Having gone in April, it was still cold enough for the spa, so that was my favorite part. lol. We use rentals in Havasu constantly during the summer. This house is definitely in my top favorites.

We had an amazing stay at this Lake Havasu home! The house was spotless, spacious, and exactly as described. The outdoor area was the highlight—plenty of seating, a great BBQ setup, and a pool that was perfect for cooling off after a day on the lake. The location was ideal—just a short drive to the water, restaurants, and shops, but in a quiet neighborhood that felt private and relaxing. Diana was super responsive and made check-in a breeze. They even had extra towels, and a binder full of local recommendations, which was a nice touch. Would absolutely stay here again next time we’re in Havasu!

Took our annual Memorial Day weekend trip and it was one for the books. House is easy to find, clean, host is very responsive.

We have previously stayed at the Tiki House, and we truly appreciate its central location. The clean and clutter-free home is delightful, and the pool and BBQ area enhance our getaway experience. Robyn is always very responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We can’t say enough about how lovely this property is! My family and I had such a fun time while staying at Bryan’s place! The pool was refreshing after a day on the lake and the game room offered us a place to stay cool and continue to build some great family memories. Great Place! Came here with My husband and kid. We loved every corner of the house we need it a escape from vegas. We stayed for 2 days and didn't want to leave. We came to Lake Havazu because of the lake and ended up enjoying the house even more then the lake! We'll definitely be back!

Very comfortable home with nice amenities and easy access to biking trails, town, restaurants, and boat ramp. The campground is aging and in need of street repairs otherwise prime location and amenities.

My husband and I had the best stay ever at this AirBnB! We are hesitant to detail all the things we loved about it because we don't want it to become hard to book in the future haha, we would return back in a heartbeat. Beautiful home, very clean space, great location on a nice quiet street, tons of parking space, Dayna was a kind, helpful & communicative host.... the backyard was amazing! We loved our stay and can't wait for our next Havasu getaway.

I’ve stayed a lot of havasu Airbnb’s but this house by far was the best. The layout of the house is amazing and was perfect for the amount of people we traveled with. The interior decoration is stunning and the house itself is supplied with everything you would need throughout your stay! Can’t wait to come back and stay again

Everything about this house was wonderful. The kitchen was big. The beds were comfortable. There was so much for us to do for a family of eight. We will definitely book again.

I have to say although we had just a few minor complications this is by far the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at. Not only was the house absolutely perfect for me & my large family, the host Kevin was the absolute sweetest he accommodated my family and I with whatever we needed. The house was so great we fit most our kids in one room & had enough rooms for the adults. All around just beautiful home & amazing host. A house I’ll def recommend to others ! Thank you Kevin. 🌞👍🏽
