Historic Stoneapple Farm Writers’ Cottage

Built in the late 1800s as an apple-packing house and remodeled by a well-known architect in the 1940s Stoneapple Farm is a charming two-story cottage full of vintage books, a perfect place to relax & enjoy the small town of Julian. All are welcome including your special dog friend. The new owners have kept the charm of Stoneapple Farm while making it more comfortable

The Wood Pile Inn getaway

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This historic cabin built in 1920 was recently refurbished to its old charm with some modern upgrades for your comfort. The original owner of the Cabin was an author named Catherine Woods. She wrote the very first book on the history of Palomar Mountain; Teepee to Telescope. You'll find a copy in the cabin for a good read.Lots of natural light make this little cabin feel spacious, the windows throughout the cabin offer a beautiful forest view.

Cranberry Cabin

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic cozy cabin on the top of the mountain. Newly updated and ready to be your basecamp for the Palomar adventures . This is a tiny home, 19' x 11' (the bedroom is 11x11ft). Max sleeping capacity: 2 adults and one child under age 5. No AC. Max 2 dogs stay free - disclose bringing them. $100 cat cleaning fee on top of our $50 cleaning fee, and we will charge $200 if you fail to disclose your cat(s). I'm highly allergic to cats and so might be other guests.
