It extends over 1 floor plus Sleeping floor for max. 2-3 children. They use a living and dining area, a sleeping area and the bathroom with shower with shower. Kitchenette and equipment are just as much a part of it. The terrace invites you to relax. It also includes a small playground, fishing ponds, and a petting zoo.

Zu vermieten ist eine Ferienwohnung in der Nähe von Stralsund, Stadtgrenze 5 km entfernt. Bis zum Stadtzentrum sind es ca. 10 km. In 15 Minuten befindet man sich mit dem Auto auf der Insel Rügen. Die Seebäder erreicht man in ca. 40 Minuten. Eine Anreise per Zug ist ebenfalls möglich (bis zum Bahnhof zu Fuß ca. 5 Minuten). Der nächste Lebensmitteldiscounter befindet sich in 2,5 km Entfernung. The vacation home is located in Quetzin. Over the last few years, we've renovated it from scratch. Lake Plau is only 100 m away. A nice swimming area is 3 minutes away. The sleeping loft is the highlight of the house. Unfortunately, the stairs up are very steep and not necessarily suitable for small children. A sofa bed is also available.
