Welcome to the holiday idyll on the edge of the forest. The property is located on our property, surrounded by the unique nature of Mecklenburg Switzerland. Nestled in the hilly landscape, you will find pure relaxation here. The building complex consists of a large sleeping and living yurt and a cottage in which the fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with warm water are located. Enjoy the moments in the sauna, by the pond, by the campfire, in the hammock or in the flower garden.

Large holiday home with Pool

Our house is spacious and sunny. We can easily accommodate 8 to 10 and at a pinch 11 guests. The house is suitable for people with disabilities. WiFi is available. Separately, we have built a new sauna with an additional double bed/relaxation room and en suite bathroom. In the garden (4000 sqm) lies a large swimming pool (14x5m)), which can be heated on request. The apartment is in a historic building. We modernized in 2002. It was renovated in 2016, preserving its character.

Wortshaus: Illustration & apartment with sauna

The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

Enjoy the tranquility and security of these ancient walls. Surrounded by old trees on a large property, your carefully renovated apartment is on the second floor of the old Warbende parsonage. In the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District - with a private sauna on the edge of the field. In your apartment, there is a fireplace for cozy evenings. Bungalow am Kummerower See

This bungalow exudes a very pleasant atmosphere. The oak parquet and the many windows make it cozy. The furnishings are sustainable, economical. You feel like you are in the time (70s) of the Danish vacation homes. From the dining table you have a view of the lake in all its facets. The large property offers plenty of space for sunbathing, playing & shady areas. Cycling, hiking, SUP (Kummerow) much is possible.... Priority is given to relaxation :-)

Wabi Sabi Cottage I in the Old School and Sauna

This apartment is located in the former old school in the village and was probably originally built for the teacher in 1815. It contains one bedroom, another sleeping chamber under the roof (only bookable in summer), a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The sleeping chamber under the roof can only be reached via a steep staircase. The chamber can be heated via an oven, but the roof is not perfectly insulated.

In Pensin, not far from the town of Demmin, in the Mecklenburg Lake District, you can rent a tiny house in a rural atmosphere. It is only a 10-minute walk from the houses to the Pensin water hiking rest area and the small beach on the Peene. You can take day trips to the Baltic Sea or to the lake district with Lake Kummerow or the Müritz. The Peene offers the opportunity for water hiking all the way to the Baltic Sea.
