Luxury rentals in Lake Maggiore

The villa was just so awesome and the perfect location for our wedding anniversary celebration. It’s location in the small town of Baveno, so close to the train station, made traveling easy. And I read about similar villas and the sound of the train being a disturbance- we can say it didn’t bother anyone in our family at all. It really is a non issue. The location, again, was perfect as the small town feel was a little nicer than in Stresa or Intra. Ghislaine was there for our every need, even helping us set up an amazing dinner at the villa. And the caretaker, Uday, was a big help in arranging whatever we needed, especially taxis to the airport. Overall, we’d stay there again if the opportunity came up.

House is as, if not more, beautiful than the photos portray. It’s fantastically spacious and has all the amenities you could need for a few days or a few weeks. What made this place particularly special was how great the “Rent All Como” team was. They met us and helped with bags on arrival and met us to say good bye. One of the things I tend to miss with Airbnb vs a hotel is the concierge’s assistance with transport and restaurant bookings. The Rent All Como team however is as good or better than most 5* hotel concierge teams. Nothing is too much trouble and they are super responsive.

It was beyond all our expectations, we just fell in love with this place from the first minute we arrived. The villa turned out to be even much better than in the photo and description. Thank you so much to the owner's family and Davide (the nicest person EVER) who were so pleasant that they made our vacation unforgettable. We already missed you and look forward to our next meeting.

Villa Traversi was a dream of long standing come true. The villa is the lovely, gracious former home of the host, Manuela, and she has lovingly cared for it over the years. The setting is, in a word, stunning and the only thing more memorable was the warm, generous and welcoming reception from Manuela and her engaging son, Giacomo who thoughtfully acted as our interpreter. We were met on the terrace with Prosecco and a table of delicious Italian food, but best of all, was the lively conversation with them as we enjoyed our repast. Our stay will always be a treasured memory and we are thankful for Manuela’s attentive response when we needed her assistance. Bellisima!

Il Gelso is a beautiful villa in a stunning location. The four bedrooms with their en-suite bathrooms are comfortable and quiet so everyone had their own space. The kitchen has everything you need. It’s wonderful to open the drapes in the morning and have a beautiful view of the lake and lovely to hear it lapping up on the shore. Crotto del Misto restaurant is great. We enjoyed many meals there. We enjoyed the pool and dining outside. This villa is a real winner!

Our whole family was delighted with our stay at Villa Farfalla. The house and the surroundings are superb, Sara's welcome is warm, the quality of the meals and the kindness of Silvia and Diego are very appreciated! We have beautiful memories of Provence...
