It is located in a small alpine village from which you start to reach other villages and towns, on foot and by car. Baita Le Tre Perle is located in Schignano, in the Santa Maria area, surrounded by chestnut woods and enjoys a breathtaking view of Lake Como, less than 15 minutes away by car.

We are located in a remote and quiet street of the Mombello di Laveno Hamlet, 3 km from the lake, but we overlook it from the hill with a beautiful view. The apartment is small but very cozy. As of April 1, 2023, there is a tourist tax. The cost is €1.50 (per night, per person) for a maximum of 7 days. Children under 14 are excluded.
