Perfect gathering place for friends and family on #6 in Irmo. Up 12 registered overnight guests allowed & 13 visitors allowed, must vacate by midnight per Richland county rules. Boat dock parking included. Quiet cove, lake + pool access, massive deck. Near Liberty’s, Lake Murray Marina, Catfish Johnny’s, Rusty Anchor. A Lake Murray experience like no other. The front yard is large and perfect for cornhole, frisbee, and other activities. This cove is known for excellent kayaking, fishing, boating, and watersports. We have included 2 Kayaks and we work directly with a pontoon rental company if you would like a boat delivered. The .4 acre lot has plenty of parking for all guests.
