The ARIA apartment is located in the Nila Natural Balance VISTA LAGO vacation home, which was completely renovated in 2025 according to sustainable standards (geothermal energy and photovoltaic and solar panels). The ARIA apartment conveys a sense of lightness. The white tones allow the lake view to take center stage. The apartment is on the top floor (4th) If you enter from the back of the house, you only have to walk up one floor to reach the apartment. As it is a conservative renovation, it does not have an elevator.

An attic, inside a seventeenth-century barn at 1500 meters, overlooking the mountains and renovated in 2023 with antique woods and local stones. The apartment consists of a dining area with an equipped kitchen, as well as a large living room with a fireplace and a large sofa bed, a comfortable bathroom with a shower and a "refuge" with 2 additional beds.
