The unique thing about this house is that it is a 10-minute walk from the beautiful village Orta San Giulio, full of terraces and restaurants. Casa Gialla is next to the entrance of Sacro Monte (UNESCO heritage). A ten-minute walk and you are in the cleanest lake in the area, Lago di Orta, swimming, paddle boarding, canoeing, everything is possible!

"La casetta nel bosco" is an environment immersed in the greenery of chestnut and linden trees, to "listen to nature that speaks" but also to music (acoustic speakers on each floor, even outdoors) and let yourself be lulled by moments of slow, simple, authentic life. It is located in a small alpine village from which you start to reach other villages and towns, on foot and by car. The garden for exclusive use with dining area, barbecue, pool, umbrellas and deck chairs is very much loved. There is Wi-Fi.

Orta Cottage on Lake Orta, Orta San Giulio

An elegant two-family house: with the owners next door the quiet is guaranteed. From a large garden overlooking the lake, enter the open space with living room, dining area, small but very functional kitchen, and the bathroom with shower. On the first floor, two bedrooms and a bathroom with the bathtub. One room with a French bed, the other double; they have a view of the lake: a romantic balcony. There is a box with bike laboratory, canoeing and padel for free. From Oct to Apr. 10€ more per day for heating.

The property has been recently renewed with a special attention to every single detail (I am super passionate of design!) and is the perfect location for a romantic and relaxing gateway.

Elegant and refined new design EcoSuite with views of Lake Varese, large balcony (50 sqm), 3000 square meters of garden, swimming pool reserved exclusively for guests of the apartment (the pool is not heated). The area is quiet and reserved and in just 6 minutes on foot you can reach the station with connections to and from: Varese , Milan Malpensa airport, Milan city , Como, Lake Maggiore, Lugano. Ideal for adults or families with children over 7 years old.

Relax in beautiful and scenic Italy. Our humble studio apartment offers expansive views of Lago Maggiore and mountains. The area is quiet and peaceful. Private lake access is a 10 minute walk. If you'd like to walk to Stresa, we recommend first driving 3 minutes and starting up the hill (23 min total / avoids steps). Please note: You will have to walk through our upstairs living room (8m distance total) while we wait for approvals to build external stairs.

Nel caso l' alloggio venga prenotato da un numero di persone pari a 3 o inferiore, verranno messe a disposizione 2 camere da letto e un solo bagno.
